My 92 year old mother lost heat today. Chris called me back within 10 minutes and was at my mom's house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, got the parts and completed the repair immediately and he did all of this while being extremely nice and professional. He called after the repair to make sure everything was good at her house. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate the quick and professional response. The company also offered a competitive price for the service. I would recommend Chris and his company to everyone. Thank you.

Chris made having to replace our furnace and A/C as pain free as it can be. He came out same day to give me a quote and had the whole system replaced the next day. He and his crew were on time, professional, and kept our place clean too. On top of the great service the price was extremely competitive as well. You can't ask for more than that. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I had him perform a routine tune-up/maintenance of my HVAC system before winter (checking systems/cleaning), and he was extremely thorough in his explanation of my heating system. Chris talked me through my HVAC system’s individual components, and what shape they were each in. He even told me the truthful price of the humidifier filter, and said I could scoop one up on Amazon if I wanted to do it myself (I still had him replace the filter it as part of his service).

Chris’s rates were the most reasonable of the 10 companies I called in Arlington Heights, and he was able to come out within 2 days of the initial call. I would definitely recommend Cullerton Heating and Cooling.

Chris came out and provided me with an estimate of a couple of options, and after a couple of days, I called him to move forward on one of the estimate options.

Chris and some other guys with him installed both units reasonably quickly.

Not even a month later, I woke up to the faulty furnace. I sent a text to Chris when I realized something was wrong.

In one of his responses, he tells me to make sure there is a new filter and that it's been a month. 1. it was not quite a month, and the guy did not install a new filter when they installed the new unit.

2. the filter he reused was a three-month filer that only had just shy of four weeks; not only that, but we had decent weather for weeks prior where the unit did not run at all.

Now I am not happy, and I start to gather all my documents, and it turns out I don't have any but the invoice showing I paid him. I received no paperwork for either unit I purchased, or any warranty information (it states on the invoice there is a 10 yr)

I asked Chris about this, and I was basically told to take a hike.

I canceled the humidifier install I had scheduled with him, and I am working on filing a lawsuit against him and his company.

I will update this review with the outcome of the lawsuit.

The AC unit at a rental property I own wasn’t working so I called Chris first thing in the morning and he was at the property by 11am and gave me all the options I had and happily answered my questions. I decided to get a new unit installed and Chris installed it the next business day. He was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, he had very fair pricing. I would recommend him to anyone!

Our heat went out Thursday night in the middle of the night I call frist thing in the more and he came right out within a hour and had the firgued out the problem right away and went to get part had it fixed within a hour then it wasn't turning off today christmas eve and he was able to walk me through it over the phone to get it to turn off when it got to the right temperature Professional knowledgeable and nice great service definitely recommend and will definitely call again when needed it when i need to replace it as my furnace it's Ancient old so will eventually need to be replace I'll definitely be using this company! Praying that's not for a while though

Chris was referred to me by another HVAC tradesman. What a great referral. Chris was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained his plan before taking action. Chris was incredibly nice and very helpful! He came the same day we called him on a Saturday and instantly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the thermostat and everything worked perfect again and he was in and out in 25 minutes.

Chris is great! Called him after a friend recommended him. Chris checked my furnace and installed my Google Nest thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and great to work with. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and recommending him to others!
