Our AC wasn't working just as the hot weather kicked in...... Aire Serv of Palatine came out quickly. Our serviceman was knowledgable and took care of the issues. Very courteous - Explained what we needed and made suggestions for ac care. Within the day, we were back on track with a cool house. Recommend this company highly!

Very reputable company! I spoke directly to the owner Mr. Campbell who was polite and answered all of my questions regarding the service I needed regarding my HVAC system. Mr. Campbell arranged the appointment for a technician to service my system. The technician called prior to the scheduled appointment time and prompt on the arrival time. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable regarding my system and completed the service in a timely manner. Price was exactly what Mr. Campbell quoted with no hidden charges. I found my new HVAC service team.

Same day response in AM after call. Diagnosed problem and replaced thermostat. All good, my only issues are I pay a annual fee for inspection of the HVAC for the home, and was charged a $99 diagnostic fee + replacement cost of thermostat. All tradesmen that we encounter deduct an fee for diagnostic if there is a repair done, in addition to annual maintenance that was done on the AC a month prior. They do a good job but are pricey with their quotes and repair charges.

My service professional was courteous and got to his work quickly and thoroughly. There was a computer billing glitch that over charged me initially. The owner contacted me and issued a refund check close to $200. A very honest company and therefore will be my yearly HVAC professionals. Thank you.

Standing water in my duct work (slab). h w a was giving me a runaround. Jesse and his team didn't accept the claim from h w a. But when I reached out to them, they got backed to me IMMEDIATELY. Jesse gave me his cell number even. 48 hours later, still getting run around from h w a, AireServ made me a priority and got out to my address. Nate was very helpful in helping me diagnose potential issues and providing me with next step procedures for my situation. Overall, I came out of this process with a local HVAC company I trust and will be recommending to others.

I called late on a Sunday and they showed up the next day and fixed a chewed up wire on my AC. Nathan did an excellent job and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend them!
