Aire Serv of Palatine

Aire Serve is always so responsive. Their employees are all very polite and nice. I had no hesitation to allow them into my house with my daughter home to greet them and show them what they needed. I am so glad I made the switch to them a year ago and kick myself for not doing it sooner.

Aire Serv installed a new heating system. Jim Winters, the technician, is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, punctual and follows up on his work. I was very pleased with the installation and Jim worked tirelessly to make sure we had a comfortable home again. The work performed was outstanding. I gladly recommend Aire Serv.

Checked an outdoor gas line for me prior to getting a natural gas grill. The tech was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the second time I've had a really good experience with Aire Serv of Palatine. Will definitely hire them for other things as they arise.

I had an excellent experience with this firm .
After a recent flood , I called them to check our boiler for possible water damage. They were thorough and after cleaning up the unit they gave me a price I felt was fair. While they were there, I asked them to check out the installation of a new Hot Water Heater , that was installed by a competitor, on an emergency basis. They noticed ..as did I ...some short cuts that had been taken. I hired them to rectify these issues...which they did , honoring the price quote they issued. All in all James was a quality tech and the office was efficient in reminding me of both day and time arrival.

Nathan was friendly and efficient when installing a whole home humidifier for us. We received good communication and service throughout the process of quoting, scheduling and performing the work.

These guys are amazing. We had our furnace go out New Year’s Eve, and i contacted my home warranty. My home warranty company was playing games with us, and Jesse Campbell and James Winters came and fixed my heat for me making sure i had heat right away. If it wasn’t for them fixing it on the spot, my home warranty would have left me without heat for 6 days. These guys truly care about you, and your family. They go above and beyond with customer service. If i could give them 10 stars I would. They have us as a customer forever.

AC went out over a hot 90 degree holiday weekend, Jesse returned my call and was available for servicing. AC fixed. Would definitely recommend Aire Serv of Palatine. It's nice to know that you are an appreciated customer not just a number.

From the moment I called in for my non working furnace until the minute he left with my now fully functioning furnace, our repair experience went excellently. I will be scheduling for regular maintenance appointments soon. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the technician.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest SUNDAY’s of the year. Jim was a few hours after I called and really went the extra mile to get us the part we needed to get back up and running. They were quick and clean and very professional. Two thumbs up!

Highly recommended! They were on time, diagnosed our A/C problem quickly and replaced our motor for a fair price. I feel like other repairmen can be gruff or condescending, but their technician Jim was really pleasant, professional and explained the problem in simple terms. This was a great experience.
