Have used American Star for over 20 years. Service has always been excellent. Adam Carlson specifically has been great.

Meagan and the crew at American Star save the day again. My heat went out and it's below freezing. When I called for help Meagan booked a technician same day. But she went above and beyond and communicated some troubleshooting that the technician advised. I was able to resolve the problem on my own And my heat was working within 20 minutes. American Star I'm your forever customer.

Earlier when they did the install:
I have interacted with three different people through the process of installation and maintenance. All have been very professional, willing to answer questions and did good work. Also anytime I actually call the number they're responsive and polite. I've been very pleased with their service

The office staff (Megan and Deborah) were efficient and booked a time that worked with my schedule. Gio was on time, tuned up the AC and explained the unit details. Very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend American Star. Thank you

We called them out to do an annual cleaning of a furnace. From the person answering the phones to Chuck, the technician that arrived that day to do the work, everyone we dealt with was wonderful. Chuck was especially great as he was really patient and took the time to explain things to my first-time homeowner daughter. We have found our new HVAC company!

Great work done by the two Chris's who installed the new furnace and to American Star overall. Starting with Meghan, Chuck and Mark. Service beyond expectations. Same day response and the unit installed, with permit, two days later. Five stars!

Joined the Galaxy Maintenance Club. Chris S was out yesterday to tune up my a/c. He was on time, friendly, and professional.
