Our first time using them was as good an experience as you can get with a decent contractor. They were prompt, responsive, and excellent communicators as well. Every bit of the experience was letter perfect, and we won’t hesitate to use them again. Extra kudos for being able to do professional business with ladies, a skill many contractors fail at miserably.

After having a few disappointing experiences with other HVAC providers, I reached out to Phoenix after our A/C died on a hot hot evening. Having two little ones, we needed service fast. I called at 7am and Maggie was super responsive and got us an appointment between 11-12 that day.
Bob texted us, showed up on time and checked out the entire system. He was able to diagnose the problem, explained it in plain language so I could understand it and what he proposed to do to fix it and how much it would cost. And then he fixed it and now it works!

I found Bob to be very personal, straightforward and competent.
In addition, the next morning I had a follow up question and called the office. Their office staff was fantastic getting me a quick response to my
question.

Bottomline, I’d highly recommend Phoenix.

This company is great. Connor was professional and thorough! He definitely knows his stuff and is so nice. We got a new air conditioner and when he had it installed he checked our furnace and found that there was something wrong with the motor. He came back and fixed that and put in a new air purifier. He has givem me so much peace of mind now with his confidence and knowledge about our HVAC system.

The company's communication was spot on! We knew exactly when the technician would be here. Connor was very professional and informed us of what he was doing. He also gave us suggestions for the future. We will definitely be using Phoenix HVAC again!!

Great service all around. Needed check for the AC drain and furnace maintenance. It was quick and easy to make appointment. Bob who did the service was very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with, provided very good explanations and recommendations. Reasonable pricing too.

Tony and Bob were courteous, respectful, and thorough. They arrived on time for the appointment and walked my wife and I through our current system. They performed appropriate maintenance. Throughout the visit, they were professional and did not try to offer me items or work that was not needed. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Bob and Anthony came out on short notice to fix my AC unit. They explained everything thoroughly, gave me options and a recommendation. Very successful repair. My family now uses their services.

Anthony has become my "go to" for all my HVAC needs as he is prompt and fair. Explains what needs to be done and offers a solution.... (Office staff is great as well ; ) with any type of paperwork needed and follow up when necessary. (Recently I contacted Anthony in regards to more than just HVAC and will be utilizing the company for a Kitchen remodel) Thanks to everyone at Phoenix!
