Angel was great! Routine AC service call. Phoenix has installed a new AC unit for us, a new boiler, and a whole house humidification system over the past 4 years. Highly recommended!

I recently had a dual heating and AC system installed in our house and I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. Anthony and Bob were wonderful to work with and made me feel completely comfortable with choosing the system. Before Phoenix I had some bad experiences with other companies so I researched and read reviews of many companies and no one came close to Phoenix. The bonus was that they were even better than I had expected. No complaints from me only praise.

Used Phoenix to replace a furnace and a few hot-water heaters in our multi-unit property, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Before starting, they worked with us to select an installation that would both meet our needs and fit within our budget. They also did a top-notch installation. A couple months after the install I had a plumber in the basement for an unrelated reason, and he remarked about how impressed he was with their work. Most importantly, they were very responsive to our needs, and showed a lot of flexibility. Because we have such an old (120+ years) home with so many architectural quirks, the typical installation they were planning on doing wasn't ideal, so they ended up trying something new and making additional trips to their supplier to get the parts they needed for a non-standard install that would suit us better. Overall, they did a really fantastic job, and we'll definitely reach to to them in the future.

These guys are great! We have an yearly maintenance contract with them for our AC and hot water boiler. They are professional and do great work! They are also very responsive as issues arise. Our older hot water radiator system went down on a Saturday night. I called Maggie and and Bob (one of the owners) was out Sunday morning and repaired our unit. They also installed a new hot water heater recently. Highly recommended!

I submitted a claim last night through my home warranty for service to my heating unit, which was not functioning properly (not producing heat). Within 12 hours of submitting this ticket, I had an email that Phoenix HVAC has taken the job and would be arriving today for service. Amazing! I spoke with Bob, one of the owners, on the phone this morning, to confirm details of my issue and estimated timing. I received a phone call from the tech, Ian, 30 minutes before he arrived, so that I had a solid ETA. He arrived right on time and came into my home with booties on to protect floors and keep them clean. He asked what the issue was and got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed and solved within 15 minutes. Plus, he was friendly and conversational, and offered good advice to me on repairs and maintenance of appliances and other things in my home, which I very much appreciate, as I am a first-time homeowner. I couldn't be more pleased that Phoenix took this service ticket, and they now have earned a loyal customer going forward. Communication was top notch, which is all too rare nowadays, and very much appreciated. Highly recommend Phoenix for your HVAC needs. A+++

Issue with Phoenix does not relate to the installation work. ( Heat pump
and a/c.)
They insist upon follow up maintenance to validate their installation. Their brochure indicated an interpretation that was clearly logical and
grammatically to be understood that their was a combination of units being offered for service. After trying to explain this situation I was made to understand that in hundreds of situations I was the first and only person to ever interpret what I believed the brochure to indicate. . In the end I was most unhappy with their lack of resolve being offered by what I thought to be a first rate HVAC Company

Bob is truly a gem and I look forward to working with him and his team again if I buy another home. We had just moved in to an older house in Forest Glen, needed a full HVAC replacement, and had received several quotes already. I called Phoenix and asked them to come bid the job and they turned out to be a tiny bit higher than their competition but really smart and answered questions best. I called and said I liked them most but their price wasn't best, Bob called to review and explain his bid and before I knew it, the whole process was complete. They did a full central system and humidifier in less than a day and were so pleasant and punctual, price was really fair. We loved working with them and Bob will be the only person I deal with going forward. Save your time and go confidently with Phoenix!

I was very pleased with the services of Phoenix HVAC. Starting with my first consultation thru the installation of new heating and air conditioning units and final clean-up and inspection, everyone that I dealt with was on time, knowledgeable, and polite. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The guys at Phoenix are great! After having 2 companies out to service our boiler to no avail, we decided to call Phoenix. Bob came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to have everything fixed the next day!(there wasn’t even a rush as it was for our garage) The boiler has been running now flawlessly for the past 3 months. Very happy with Phoenix and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
