Dom and his crew were excellent! Professional, great clean up afterward. Able to install a new furnace and coil in a very difficult to reach call space above a closet in this old home. Other companies did not want to tackle it. Will be using them for maintenance. Can very highly recommend Phoenix.

I've been a happy customer with Phoenix since the start, for both heating and AC. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and haven't tried to upsell me on services or parts I don't need, which I really appreciate since I don't know a compressor from a drive shaft.
Angel came by to maintain my SpacePac AC unit yesterday and he was excellent! He did a thorough job, and gave me advice on how to keep my system working optimally for the whole season.

Had Phoenix come out to the office to look at furnace / AC system requested a change of all filters, and thermostats to be adjusted as well as provide a yearly maintenance quotation.
They left and never returned, contacted office weeks later they still had no quote pending suppliers pricing a month later now and no response

Anthony at Phoenix is so creative that he confidently promised SpacePak installation on our 1912 Victorian home when no one else could...and then he delivered!! Ismael found away into the kitchen and is an HVAC genius, and Connor and Raoul worked in our house on 100+ degree days in the summer. Communication was great and the work was a huge success. I will recommend Phoenix to everyone seeking a responsive, creative, experienced, pro-active, solutions-oriented HVAC team!

Make sure the heat is working before the tech leaves. I had to bleed the system the next day to get heat. They fixed the second floor pump problem they say was caused by faulty thermostat install by us. It had worked for 8 months before then. Don't assume just because the pump is running things are okay. Have the tech check to make sure your getting heat through the whole system before they leave.

Maggie was very helpful and it seem to be a good HVAC service company.
I haven’t had any work done by them yet but I had them come out and inspect the whole system on a condo that we are purchasing and gave me a full and very detailed report about the way the system has been installed and how much it would cost to correct the problems.
The inspection cost was reasonable.
Communication and time accuracy was top notch!
Will definitely call them again when I end up needing a service or a new installation done.

Phoenix HVAC did a fantastic job on an AC replacement. The technicians got started on time and made sure the new equipment was installed and functioned correctly. They also respected the home and cleaned up after themselves. We use Phoenix for all of our HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and care the Phoenix HVAC technicians showed in addressing my HVAC issues.

When I had another company first take a look, they led me to believe the only option was full replacement of my system for close to $15k. They gave me very little information about what was wrong, besides the age of the system, and were quite insistent. I knew I didn't want to move forward with them, so I called 14 more places, and setup three additional service appointments for the coming week. It was HOT and every contractor in the Chicago area was incredibly busy, so it was tough finding someone to commit to a time.

Phoenix is the ONLY tech company that ever followed up, that Monday afternoon as scheduled, and Angel was incredibly patient and helpful with me during our service appointment. I wasn't the most trusting or excited about having another HVAC tech come potentially tell me the same bad news, but he was so kind and put me at ease. He explained what he was listening and looking for, and allowed me to follow along so I learned and could trust his assessment.
After the appointment, Maggie and Angel at Phoenix helped me get quotes for all the possible outcomes, so I thoroughly understood what I was getting into by moving forward. Maggie worked with me over email to arrange a visit for the fix.

Finally, Bill arrived and it was clear right away he knew the full story - I didn't have to catch him up at all. He had the new part in hand and showed me what the old one looked like as soon as he'd replaced it.

The whole job cost exactly what was quoted, and got my home back to a nice comfortable temperature for THOUSANDS less than the other company would have. They also provided a quote for the full system replacement, which I'll do in the future with Phoenix, which is several thousand dollars less than the "discounted" quote I received from the original company.

I feel so well taken care of, and like I can trust Phoenix with any and all HVAC needs in the future. It's such a relief to know who I can call, and know that they'll deliver trustworthy, reliable service every time.

We moved into our current residence knowing full well that the HVAC systems needed a lot of attention. After a few mishaps with other companies - one of which I actually had to throw out of my house. We were extremely fortunate to come across Phoenix HVAC. They were a growing firm at the time and we have seemed to grow with them. In the course of our relationship we have replaced 3 heating and air conditioning systems and most recently a hot water heater. After a most pleasant engagement with Amy she had Matt and John come over and professionally install a new water heater. The old one was still working but being 20 years old their recommendation during past visits was to replace it before we had trouble. Of all our adventures with the new house only our encounters with Phoenix have been pleasant and worry free. Most highly recommended!!!!!
