Anthony, Tommy and Bob came in at 9a and worked worked the entire day to get the job done. Not only were they courteous and friendly, they also laid down drop cloths and cleaned up when the job was done. The only evidence I have that they were there is that I have a new system to keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Maggie at the office was also great at communicating with me and scheduling a time to do the install. Thanks guys!

Anthony was a great resource in figuring out an appropriate and financially viable solution to my HVAC issue. He is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. He took the time to diagnose and explain the issue and he and his team were able to turn around the job very quickly given my short timeline. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other 3 companies that I brought in to evaluate my situation. I will definitely use them again and they will be my first recommendation to friends in the Chicago area!

Bob came over today to assess the need for and feasibility of installing new thermostats. He donned booties before entering which is always a good sign. He stayed about a half hour carefully examining our system and clearly explaining our options and the costs associated with those options. There was no charge. Bob is very professional and, if we decide to go ahead, will definitely use Phoenix.

Maggie, office manager, was excellent about keeping me informed of my appointment. Had to be rescheduled due to extreme heat situations with other clients, (mine was just an annual maint call). Bob came out late the night of the reschedule to ensure he got to me. He was super friendly and informative. No pushy sales pitch, reasonable prices and excellent customer service! I've already recommended them to my neighbors

The tech was sent to my property very quickly and the tech was able to diagnose the issue with my AC immediately. The tech was very professional and explained to me the work he was doing. Great service!

I got 3 estimates and they gave me not only the best one but told me the stuff the other 2 said I havw to change I really didn't have to change because it was in good working order. I was having a problem with my damper system that my company of 20 years couldn’t identify Jeff was here and once I gave him all of my background info diagnosed it within 15 minutes. A little under a week due to supply chain issues with ordering a new board all is working Well!

My A/C was checked out by Angel. Very detailed, thorough and clean. I appreciate that he shared the measurements and what they mean (can't say I understand them all but that's ok). My unit is pretty old but still running great.

This place is outstanding in what they do my buddy John Pallister works here and they do a amazing job. One of the best hvac places in Illinois. Would definitely recommend if need replacing any furnaces or other things they replace.
