    Matthew arrived on time to perform a check up and tune up on my furnace. He introduced himself upon arrival with his supervisor, John. Both were very professional and polite. The work was performed in a timely manner but not rushed. Matthew took his time ensuring that the work was done correctly. He explained everything to me while he was working. He appeared to be knowledgeable and made suggestions. He and John both gave me useful tips on how to keep the unit running proficiently and effectively. There wasn't a mess to clean up afterwards.
    I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness that was displayed by both John and Matthew. I had many questions for both of them. Neither one got frustrated with me. They seemed to enjoy the jobs which put my mind at ease. I hope I get either of them when it's time for the spring cleaning.

    I have had 2 systems installed by Integrity. The installers are very thorough and neat. Both jobs were done with great quality. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it. I was satisfied with the first job and just as satisfied with the second job.

    Adrian and Aaron are two young, hardworking HVAC techncians who care about doing a good job for the customer. I was very pleased with their professional work in replacing my A/C system.

    They were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing and were more than happy to answer my curious and ample questions about the installation process.

    And thank you to John too for providing some over-the-phone tech support to the boys when it was needed to solve a tricky, unexpected issue.

    All in all, I was pleased with the Integrity Heating and Cooling team, and won't hesitate to continue referring the company to friends and family.

    The Technician told me he was going to clean the air filter in my furnace, that indicated it needed cleaning on the LED display. It looked as though he was… However when I went into my furnace room a few days later… The meter was back up as it was prior to him cleaning it. I called Integrity, talked to a lady there and explained the problem… And she basically told me that they cannot do anything about it nor could I talk to the technician who did the cleaning, and if I wanted someone back there, I would have to pay to have them look at it... even though I bought the premium/platinum package with them prior to this.
    I thought Integrity was a reputable company up until now. My call was handled very unprofessionally. I will no longer be using their services.

    Bought my AC and furnace from Integrity because of the price. Since a maintenance contract with another company today because of the BS. Integrity suggested work that didn't need to be done. Plus the price of a service call ($149) is outrageous. My phone call for help when the furnace went out wasn't returned until much later that night when the service fee jumped to $200! RUN don't walk away from them!!

    Biggest mistake I ever made doing business. I hired Integrity Heating and Cooling to replace the old heating system in my home and to install central air conditioning. In addition to the heating and air conditioning, the contract included roto brush cleaning of all the ducts in my home.

    When the technician/installer arrived, I was told that the machine that was to be used to clean the ducts was not rotating and that they would have to come back. They never returned to provide the duct cleaning but instead offered an additional annual inspection of the unit.

    Then, when the installation of the heating unit began, I noticed that the technician installed the unit in such a way that it covered the existing floor drain hole that allowed condensate to drain out of my home through the existing plumbing system. When I inquired about this, he indicated that he would be running a new line directly outside. I stated that running a condensate/water line outside will freeze. He gave me some mumble jumble in an effort to explain that the condensate line would not freeze.

    After the installation was completed, and the workers left, the line had frozen within an hour's time from the outside cold just as I suspected. I called the company and explained the problem. They sent another technician out who agreed with me that is was a bad idea to run a condensate line as was done. To remedy the problem, the technician drilled a hole in my wall and ran an unsightly line from the heating unit to my laundry room sink for drainage.

    Most recently, I called Integrity Heating to schedule the annual inspection. The person I spoke to explained that they were an answering service and that he would have someone contact me. After a week or so I did not receive a call, I again called and left a message on their answering machine. Weeks have gone by, my unit is overdue for the annual inspection. I have since found another company who came out for the annual inspection.

    Integrity installed a gas tankless water heater for us. Both John Rincon and Adrian were very professional and knowledgeable and were very patient with all of our questions. They were both very thorough and we appreciate their attention to detail in their work. We called yesterday for an inspection of our original issue and today they came and installed it so we didn’t have to be without water. Appreciate the responsiveness!! And really like the texts and email follow ups to say who is coming, when, summary of service.

    Technician was excellent. Spent time to explain the conditions of my furnace. Explained troubleshooting procedures taken. Explained repairs and why they were needed. Technician told me about my furnace age and future maintenance that may be needed. He also supplied me with estimates to replace my old and “getting” worn out current furnace. I would refer Integrity to all my friends, family and clients.
