    Called to have service completed on a unit we purchased from Integrity last year. Dennis was our service tech. He arrived on time and was very professional. Explained the work he was doing as he completed the maintenance. Great company if you're looking for a new unit and great staffing if you need maintenance. Highly recommend.

    Integrity Heating installed both my heating and AC unit. I am pleased with the responsive, professional service and quality of work. Aaron and Juan are experts in their field and conducted their job professionally. It is because of the quality of service that a humidifier was recently purchased and installed at our home. Kudos to the overall Integrity team!

    Integrity was responsive and professional from the first time I reached out to inquire about replacing my electric air handler. John came out to give me a quote. He was the first to give me an estimate. The second estimate I received was about 25% more money, and with Integrity I received 1 year of of their home services for free. So I’ll get my A/C cleaned and checked next spring for no charge as well as 5 other services.
    The installation crew of CJ and Aaron were right on time and very nice. They worked well together removing my 40 yr old furnace and fitting the new one in beautifully. I would highly recommend this company.

    They did a great job. Our 22 year old furnace went out, a different repairman tried a couple of things and said the main board was out and we needed a new unit but could not install for 1 week. Contacted Integrity Christmas Eve and got a new furnace installed the day after Christmas. We have heat again!

    I scheduled a 1 p.m. appointment the next day to have someone come out and give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioning system. I received a text message at 12:01 p.m. the day of the appointment to let me know the person was on his way. Unfortunately, 1 p.m. came and went, and nobody ever showed up. At 1:54 p.m., a second text message appeared, and said a different person was on his way. I called Integrity to let them know that nobody showed for the 1 p.m. appointment, and we decided to go with another company, I was told by the person on the phone that Integrity's person was on the way. I received no explanation why nobody showed up for the 1 p.m. appointment, and was told simply that "he is on his way now." I said that the text came from a different person, and was forced to repeat myself when I requested a simple cancellation. The person on the phone acted like I cannot cancel because they had someone on their way. When I again said to cancel the appointment, I was accused of screaming at the person on the phone. My wife was sitting right next to me, laughing because I never screamed at anyone. I was direct as I was forced to repeat myself because of the phone person's attitude and incompetence of not listening to me in the first place. It's unfortunate that I cannot post zero stars for customer service.

    Always a challenge on the phone with this company. First I could not schedule a cleaning for over a month away. Was given the option of a service call instead and had to pay for the service even though I just needed a cleaning. I also was very clear in asking for the call in the morning be to another person who would be home and authorized to pay and make decisions. I was still called even though I specifically asked not to be. I even provided a name and number for someone else.
    I can say the service guy was very good. He confirmed a cleaning was all I required. The bolts were a little loose causing the unit to be a bit louder but he has to charge what they tell him.

    I don't normally leave reviews, but felt compelled after the service, or should I say, lack thereof we had with Integrity H&C. I would offer great caution to all before using this company. We requested service for our steam boiler on 12/30. The boiler was leaking some water from the 2 of the bubblers and was giving off limited heat to many of the radiators in the house. I was given Integrity on a referral from a Chicago company that was unable to service us over the holiday weekend. I was happy to hear how quickly they were able to come out to look at the unit. They informed me it would be a $149 to complete a diagnostic and would take anywhere from 1-3hrs to complete the diagnostic and either fix the problem or provide recommendations on next steps. Dennis V. was assigned and showed up a few hours later. He scanned the boiler quickly and informed me that it would need replaced with a new one that it had a crack in the exchanger. Mind you, he did not inspect or review ANY details or components of the boiler. He was merely basing it on the water dripping from the bubblers. He did NOT inspect any part of the boiler or radiators. He was in and out in well under an hour and informed me that a quote for a new boiler would be sent over later that day. We ended up calling another company for a second opinion, as Dennis didnt seem very knowledgeable in boilers. This 2nd company was also able to come out that same day, and immediately looked at the gauge and noticed that boiler unit was flooded. There was too much water in the system and needed drained. He drained it and within 10 minutes we were back in business. The unit has never sounded better! I have called Integrity 4x's asking to speak to a manager and have NEVER received a return call OR the quote that we were supposed to receive. Very much a scam business. Save yourself the money and frustration and go with someone more legit and knowledgeable.
