    I really don't know what to call it when the technician is suppose to find a problem with an air conditioner the doesn't seem to be working properly! The service tech added freon and a dye and checked levels for $688.00! When he finished he told me to check for leaks, if it's inside the plentum how am I suppose to check, I'm not the technician! He never offered to come back. One other issue was he never checked my air filter, it was badly clogged ! Anyone in need of service, beware of Integrity, they'll rob you blind and send you to the racing to the bank! This was definitely not maintenance! Stay cealt of this company!!!!

    Our furnace went out Friday night, and we called Integrity at 10am on Saturday. They had a tech out to our home by 1:30pm same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and honest on our old furnace’s current condition and time it had left before it would no longer work. We were able to have our new furnace installed that same day within hours, and we are so grateful! We will be using Integrity for our HVAC needs in the future

    We had Integrity install a brand new hvac system 5 years ago. The year after we get the install they tell us it’s a $300 a year membership to have them continue to clean/service the unit they installed. But we go to the front of the line with repairs and Maintaince no emergency fee etc. we liked them so even though. $150 is way more than companies charge to clean a brand new system.

    This year they charge me 299 on April 4. I never get an info about when they are coming for my annual spring cleaning. On April 28 they emailed me about scheduling. I respond 8 mins later. Get zero response. I get a call from Zach today that says the next appt is July 20. 3 months away. I am paying a $300 membership on a system you installed and I’m. 3 months away the first time someone calls. I tell them I’m not interested in waiting 3 months for their service.

    Bridget comes on and says it’s too cold and they are just starting to schedule now. If just starting to schedule now how is it 3 months away? I say I’m not interested in the services and I’m told well I already paid and they won’t refund my money for services they will not provide.

    Buyer beware of these people.

    The rep.JohnRincon was so unprofessional.I had to ask me for business card he told me it’s in the car.All he did was measure my furnace and was very pushy about purchasing a ac unit. I originally wanted a quote on a replacing a evaporator coil. He didn’t bother to see that The coil was a different brand from the outdoor unit . All he ask was can you afford $130.00 a month he quoted the amount of various years of financing . There was no mention of brand names He didn’t bother to tell me the performance of a new unit. He didn’t mention anything about the units being 13 seers or 14 seersHe when check the outside unit comes back and said my boss said you need to go up to 3 ton unit because he called him. Such poor salesmanship and customer service. He didn’t care so I can amazing the service. I received a follow up call to inquire if I was interested . I ask about a work to be sent to me and some guy name John Jordan stated that the unit was a Lennox and it was 3 seers for 36 months a 10 year warranty and 5 yr. labor coverage . Again no paperwork . Please don’t do me or anyone that way. Would any of that staff would like to be treated like that.

    The technicians should up on time, they worked clean with a professional mindset they were very neat an explained every step of the install. Swept the area an throw away all there garbage an took it with them. Very happy with the entire install we had lots of companies to pick from but Integrity shined above the rest. Thank you John an James for a job well done taking pride in your work is something you don’t see much of anymore. Thank you.

    I was offered free maintenance membership for one year and was told that once the maintains is completed, I can cancel the membership(less than 12 months). so I called the very next day to cancel the membership, but the lady on the call was very rude and they charged me $299 without my consent. When I asked them to honor to what I was told initially they refused to listen.

    They installed my HVAC system several years ago and highly recommend them for maintenance at reasonable prices with extremely qualified and personable technicians. From calling for appointment to conclusion of appointment, the process was flawless, including quick response and technician's time of arrival. Five star operation !

    Had a furnace problem and the tecnition came out in less than 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem- a bad gas valve. and had the correct part in his truck. Inw the part costs $134 to buy at many locations and is about a 20 minute job to replace. I know this because i have purchased the same valve and replaced it myself in that amount of time.
    The order came to $1,154.00 to change it. NOT HAPPENING!!! A new furnace the same size is around $1100 at Home Depot. Just about the same price as they wanted to change a valve out on a 20 year old furnace. The technician was great but he doesn't set the prices. We gave him a tip on top of the $150 charge to come out but we are not doing business with his company. Get real on the prices.

    New furnace and ac were not working properly a few months after they were installed. Contacted them and they sent a technician out who immediately knew what the issue was, my Nest thermostat. Further, the technician told me the issue was common and known at the time of installation.. $100 service fee to tell me, after spending $8500, that I needed a new thermostat. Pretty disappointing.
