They did a wonderful job we're very happy with them. Our house is very cool works great! Tony was great! They are the only company we will ever use. They take pride in their work.

The customer service was great. The price wasn’t. However, that’s not entirely the fault of the company. Rather, it’s part of the post COVID inflated prices on goods and materials. Hence, companies aren’t passing along any savings and marking up their prices. That said, just manage your expectations and be prepared for a 5 figure quote (i.e. $10k) or just shy of it, when you call these just about any HVAC company.

I called Integrity heating & cooling & Tony answered the phone. He was here within 2 hours and extremely pleasant to work with. He was honest - kind - and quick to solve the issue so that we could get back to having cool air! Thank you times a million for coming out on such short notice. Will absolutely call him next time!

Tony came highly recommended by my neighbors. He was very down to earth, professional, and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing in detail. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need. They actually saved us a significant amount of money versus other companies. Tony and his colleague did a nice furnace install and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I plan to use them in future.

•He got me out of a pinch in 2014 when another contractor skipped out on an install.
•Years ago my fan board went out in the middle of winter. Tony came out in the evening diagnosed the problem, was able to hard wire the fan on and got myself and my kids heat back into the house until I was able to get the part replaced.
•Ac stopped working a few days ago. I messaged Tony last night. He had one of his employees out here this morning. Within about 15-20mins got the AC unit working. They had the part, They have the knowledge and They have my friends and family business forever!
I recommend them any day of the week without a doubt!

I've hired Tony several times to service heating / AC in my rentals. He's prompt, fair priced and does a great job. He also replaced an AC unit for me a couple years ago and I haven't had any issues. I recommend him as a 'no-BS' HVAC company.

Integrity installed my home HVAC system 8-10 years ago and it has been working like a champ. Today I (at -4F) the furnace would not come on and a telephone call to Integrity helped me sort out the problem. An excellent contractor indeed.
