I called in the morning and left a message. They came and fixed my heat, and got us going again very quickly. They were professional and courteous.

Air Integrity has proven to be responsive to customer concerns time and time again. I’ve made calls to them in the summer and winter months when our unit has been put under stress due to extreme temperatures and they’ve walked me through troubleshooting & made prompt visits to my house. Great company to work with!

Paul replaced my compressor while I was out of town last week so my wife and kids would have A/C when it was 90 degrees out. He came out promptly and checked it out an hour before I left for the airport and then ordered the correct parts and installed them the next day. It really doesn't get any better than that in the service Industry. I have used his services for the last 12 years and would high recommend them to anyone needing heat and air work or to have a system replaced. The name really does say it all!

Paul has been upfront, fair and very diligent. His employees are very mindful and well-mannered. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. They recently took care of a warranty issue as quickly as they possibly could. We're very grateful that a HVAC company like Air Integrity is local and takes such good care of their clients.

I had called them to look at our furnace Winter 2020. They said we needed a new one and we were going to get it and have them install it. Called back at least 10 different times and kept getting told they don't have the quote on them. I just wanted my furnace fixed so we didn't have to use wall heaters but they didn't want to help. Still have no furnace and still never got a call back after calling 10 times and got charged 75 bucks for them to tell me I needed a new one.........

I apologize I didn't leave a review sooner but I see they already have the 5 stars they deserve. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Our furnace ended up with a crack and was leaking co2 into our house. They quoted and came out to replace what we asked in a very reasonable amount of time. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the equipment, the pricing and the great service we received. They have now worked on 2 different houses we have owned and I will continue to do business with them and recommend to anyone to call them for ANY and ALL HVAC needs.

I have used Air Integrity multiple times over the last 4 years, and, I can say with confidence, they are experts and very professional. Their prices are reasonable and they will work hard to get to your issue, even during their busiest times. I cannot recommend highly enough, and only have had good experiences with them.

Called Air Integrity when our AC went out on a 94 degree day. Paul was on site within 20 minutes and had everything working within 20 more minutes! Price was very fair too. Highly recommend! 😎

I was out of air conditioning, made contact with air integity, they installed a new unit. They had to make a return visit to correct a separate issue. They were on time did an excellent job of getting me air conditioning when temperature was in the 90's. Would recommend them to others.
