First hot day of the year AC wasn't working. They got someone out to me first thing in the morning. Showed me what the problem was and fixed it right away. Technician was knowledgeable and shared the info with me the whole time. Got the bill and it was much less than expected which was a great thing. Definitely my first call with future issues. Highly recommended.
I’ve been using Eubank for 7+ years. Alex the technician is terrific. He always responds quickly, and is always respectful. He explains problems and options. His first instinct is to try and repair what’s wrong. Not once has he tried to up-sell me to a new system. My stuff is close to 20 years old and yet he keeps fixing it.
Company has the very worst customer service I have ever seen. Failed to install air filter in furnace and when I called to Complain they had the nerve to try to charge a service fee and were shocked when I protested. Telephone receptionists was by far the most incredibly rude person I have ever dealt with. Told me to have another company fix my furnace. Spent over $5,000 with this company and this is the level of treatment you can expect. MY ADVISE, AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!
