I have used Lakehouse over the years from repairs to recently a full heating and AC change out. You just cannot go wrong with a local business who prioritizes fair prices and good service over bottom line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys at Lakehouse to anyone!

Dennis and Tony were very professional. Dennis is very informative and really explains everything well. They did an excellent job on installing a new furnace in my household. The price was very reasonable. If I ever need any help with plumbing, heating, and cooling, I will definitely reach out to them. I highly recommend!

I called today because I thought my air was not working properly and on probably the hottest day of the year (thus far at 91) I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call.

Dennis and Tony were great! They gave me a lot of helpful information and tips on how to properly take care of unit. With my mom being very asthmatic that information plus the additional Freon helped give me piece of mind that I needed.

It definitely is cooler in here now and my mom's asthma is under control. Thank you again for your service, knowledge and honesty. This is the first place I have ever owned so it is great to know I have someone I can count on for this kind of help and service. Will definitely use again and when that time comes for a replacement I am definitely calling Dennis and Tony!

Dennis and Tony were awesome! Very professional and informative. My air conditioning went out on a 100 degree day last week. I called Dennis and not only did he come out in the morning to give an estimate he came back that afternoon to install it! Several other companies couldn't do an install till the middle of JULY!..I was so grateful that he was able to take care of the situation! They definitely have a new customer!! I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends! Great guys and a great business!

Dennis is fair, honest, and dependable. We had another well known HVAC business tell us our system was completely shot and a health risk to our family and that we needed a whole new system. Dennis came in and identified that it was a bad part that just needed replacement. He ordered the part and installed the next day. We have found them to be very honest and fair on pricing. We have used them since for other plumbing and air conditioning needs and have had the same fair and reliable service. Can’t say enough good things about Lakehouse! Five stars ⭐️ plus!

We bought our home in September and installed a new thermostat in October. Recently, we were experiencing issues and called Lakehouse b/c the previous owners used them for service and we figured that they had a mutually good rapport. My husband called and spoke to Dennis and he was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, courteous & professional. I called them in the morning, they gave me the same day competitive price for a new furnace and the next day the unit was installed working very nicely. Dennis and Tony were very professional and responsive!!! They are extremely easy to talk to and explained the issues and what they were going to do in a simple manner. I replaced my hot water heater and sump pump and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Dennis and Tony replaced a hot water heater for me awhile back and because of their wonderful customer service I also just recently had them install a new furnace when our 19 year old furnace finally quit. They were quick to come out and even cleaned up after themselves. They are kind and truly genuine people who care. I would highly recommend Lakehouse plumbing for honest people and a fair price!
