I would highly recommend this company, however I would NOT recommend the sales person I had. Jason Rubio seemed very nice and knowledgeable when he came to give my estimate, however he totally flaked when it was time to set up the install. I called and set the date and time (about 2 weeks prior) but never got any confirmation call the day before and when I called him, he said he had forgotten to write up the order so there was no equipment or installers available. I gave them another chance and set up the install for 2 weeks later. My installers Ryan and Tim were great and seemed to know exactly what to do. I then found out that my salesperson had ordered the wrong size air conditioner and when I called him on this he said he had ordered the right one and did not remember that I had requested another size. Lucky for me, I had the email proving we had discussed it and I went to John the owner, who was very professional and immediately sent out the correct unit. There was also additional work that the sales person did not list (condensate pump, since I had no drain), and therefore the installers were there way longer than they should have been. I would gladly consider Integrity for my future healing/cooling needs, however... My sales person was highly unprofessional and unorganized, and I would NOT consider using him again.

Not what I would consider to be a top 10 installation company but they are very reliably priced. Job was as promised but the finer points of installation ie duct work attachment was a bit to be desired. Final furnace settings took two additional house calls. I'll wait for cold weather then summer heat to make my final decision. Would it refer them.? Yes but I will advise on what to expect.

Very happy to share a positive experience with a great company. Integrity Heating & Cooling are rock stars in my eyes. They were so accommodating to my late work schedule. It was so hassle free. I really liked how knowledgeable and professional the guys were from giving me an estimate to installing a whole new system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Integrity Heating & Cooling is the only company I deal with regarding my heating and cooling concerns. From the moment you call through the final delivery of service their associates are outstanding. I have had regular scheduled maintenance appointments and emergency appointments. Everyone that has shown up to my home has been professional and has gone out of their way to make sure I understand what is going on with my unit. If you are searching for a company that will deliver quality repairs or maintenance or if you are in the need of a new unit all together, please give them your service.

I recently had an issue with the furnace just before the cold snap. We called them and they came out immediately. The first individual came out and examined the furnace without charging me a service call. That was due to the heat exchanger being cracked. He informed me that the furnace could not be turned on because of the damage -- it would leak CO2 back into the house. He was able to get a quote for a furnace immediately, and my research showed that they were only about $50 higher than my best estimate. We agreed and they said they would have it in the next day.

Once the installers arrived (on time to the minute), they got right to work. Once the old furnace was out, and it was very old, they showed me that the condenser coil for the central was rusted out as well. We opted to go for a new central air unit as well. The unit was brought and the two installers had everything in and cleaned up in about 8 hours. They also solved an issue I had with drainage from the humidifier unit by installing a drainage pump. Everything works great now, and they have even called to make sure that everything is working well.

The only complaint that I have is that they quoted me for a programmable thermostat, and I received a regular one. I was able to run out and grab one from my local hardware store for $20 however.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their professionalism and the speed of installation.

So, I sign up with their bogus plan last May, on their yearly visit they didn't do really anything that is on the list of things they do. On this plan it was supposed to be 1/2 off parts which doesn't make a difference bc they rack up the price. Plus, they charged 314$ to plug in something they unplugged last time they were there. So for 3 visits to replace a main board, and wires to the outside ac (which looked like the old casing was left on) and to plug in what they unplugged was around 3 grand!!! Are you freaking kidding me... I think they have strayed away from their name-Integrity. We have been trying to call to talk about it since Feb 1st. Plus they used my mom's credit card without authorization. Be weary of using them. You may like them now but do yourself a favor and find someone else... Definitely canceling that bogus yearly service contract...

Had Matthew Arito out to do the first maintenance for my two furnaces on my service contract. He sat down with me to explain everything and make sure he had all the information he needed, then did the work. Really nice guy and good service.

John came over to check out a nose coming from our furnace. If course it didn't happen while he was here, but he thoroughly checked out everything that might be making noise. Didn't find anything, but great service.

I went thru the pain of having numerous companies come to my home for a quote on a new furnace. After careful review Integrity Heating & Cooling had the best price, service and backing of their product. A week later I had the unit installed. The installer was very polite, professional and did an excellent job on installation and all my questions. From beginning to the end this company has been first class.

Adam was professional and on time. Explained everything throughly. Answered any questions we had. Great experience will definitely be using them again.

Great experience. John Rincon was the technician who came out and he couldn’t have been nicer. I also liked that the company text me a picture of who was on the way. He identified the issue with my AC and explained everything thoroughly., letting me know my options. Very knowledgeable and professional-I would recommend this company to anyone!
