Sunday afternoon and our furnace decided to stop working. We called Integrity and spoke with John who was every bit helpful and accommodating to our situation. Within the hour John was able to have a technician at our home to help us get the heat back on. Juan, the technician, was professional, polite and explained to us everything he was doing. Every step of the way Juan explained what the issues were and what repairs were required. Thank you Integrity and thank you Juan!

I gave a 5 star rating based solely on their technician, Michael Garcia. He was fantastic, thorough, didn’t leave a mess, and was a wealth of knowledge. The company is lucky to have a technician like him. This company on the other hand, I would not recommend them for anything. They are underhanded, dishonest, and money hungry!! I could go on but will leave it at Buyer Beware!!

The team from integrity was top notch! Chris worked with me to review our current situation and provide the best replacement AC system for us. His team arrived on time on our appointment date. Texts were sent ahead of time including pictures of who I should be expecting at the house. John, John and Hector laid tarps on the floor before beginning any work. We reviewed the score of the project together and they got to work. They ran into a problem shortly into the job which they were able to troubleshoot and find a solution. They completed the job and left my house looking the same as before they got there. The team was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions before leaving.
