Installation crew was great! There was a little mix up with the system I was sold. Integrity did not realize my current venting was not sufficient for the unit they had me purchase. They ended up having to put in new venting that goes right outside by my front door, which we were not too thrilled with. However they did not charge us for the extra work which was nice but I wish it was noticed before the project was started. I would have went with a different unit.
Service tech that came out was extremely rude, I protested the cost of a part, $215.00, and I pointed out that the actual price was between $5.00 and $25.00. When I told him he was price gouging he proceeded to tell me that "they're a business not a charity", very rude and very unprofessional and he was a manager!! It's ironic that their come name is "Integrity" when they clearly don't have any. Furthermore he told me the part in question HAD to be replaced however the next service tech I had out said it just simply needed to be cleaned. They have zero integrity, price gouge, offer services that are not needed and are very rude!
Their name might say Integrity, but their business is not Integrity! I had this company install a new heating & air system (1year-1week old) when I noticed the whole house humidifier was not working. Scheduled a service appointment, Tech did a recalibration of control, 5 minutes total, $149.00! Tech did call Boss to see if he could wave the service fee, because the unit was new. Integrity said No! This company needs to look up the dictionary meaning of INTEGRITY & change their business model or their name!

Here is my experience.
They came out to do a repair and declared my unit totaled. In hindsight that is probably a complete lie, but I'll never know. I got a quote for a new unit, installation, etc. On the contract was the new model # and a guarantee to match any lower price.
Of course I found a number of lower prices and called them. Needless to say, they were not thrilled and made a bunch of excuses. I threatened to walk and miraculously they decided to drop the price $500. Fine.
The unit was installed. (I have to say their field staff is good - its the management that sucks) I thought everything was great until I noticed the model #. It didn't match the invoice. After more research I found that they installed a model that was a step down in price and quality. Any coincidence that I got the price lowered and then received a lesser product?
Then I checked my bill. They had charged me the full amount, not the agreed upon amount. And charged me for the service call which was supposed to be comped with a purchase. I called three days in a row to talk to someone. They always took a message and never called back. Scammers!!!!
I let the credit card company deal with them after that. They really want to talk to me know that charge has been cancelled. I'm not a big fan of doing that but they clearly are ripping off too many people.
Bottom Line - beware of pets with cute names, children named Damien and businesses with Integrity in their name.
Just had our furnace serviced by Matt. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We love Integrity as everyone has lived up to the name Integrity. We have never felt “ripped off”. We are committed to having Integrity as our heating and cooling company.
Really struggling with John Jordan (owner) to get a refund on a $400++ service call that turned out to be covered under a 10-year parts and service warranty. I have called 3 times in the past 3 weeks and written two very descriptive emails and they have returned zero calls back. This has been a pending point since early July 2020. While they did fix my AC under warranty (after 5 weeks of waiting in the hot summer) there is still some money that is owed back to me that I paid up front just to get them to show up. This is only the tip of the iceberg. There were many struggles in dealing with integrity heating and cooling. Not only do I need to be refunded money, I also need them to write me a letter committing to honor the last 6 years of warranty. I am requiring them to honor the remaining warranty because I was told by the manufacturers of the product that Integrity did not register the hardware appropriately.
Heating and air conditioning was replaced in June and was very pleased with the techs that installed the units. When the weather started changing we noticed there was an issue with the humidifier. Integrity responded and addressed the issue. We recently had questions about the furnace and how often it was going through the cycle and the owner came out personally to look it over and explain the whole process so that we understood. My whole family uses Integrity!
Completely satisfied! Integrity did a complete furnace and a/c replacement on a rental property for us. The techs were professional, quick, and clean. They quoted a fair price, and completed the work on time. I would use them again with out hesitation, and would recommend them.
I received A1 service from Integrity. I had my 20 yr old furnace, AC, humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat replaced. Salesperson, technician and installers were punctual and professional. My questions were answered in an acknowledgeable and informative manner throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Integrity.
Noticed around 4pm Thursday evening that my furnace was not working, it was actually blowing call air brrrr.....called Integrity and straight away they sent some one around for $79, no after hours charge which another company wanted to charge me. The technician, Raphael was excellent. First time anyone had bothered to explain how my furnace actually works. He took the time to check everything was working correctly after he installed the new part. Highly recommend them.
