London Heating & Cooling HVAC Contractor

We used London Heating and Cooling for two services calls (a/c in Aug and furnace in Nov). Both times the owner, Mark, was responsive and came over as soon as he could to help us get things up and running. He is professional, knowledgeable, and he is not going to upsell you on additional things you do not need. I won't hesitate to give them a call in the future and I will definitely recommend London Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.

Mark is awesome! Woke up to a home without heat and Mark came over right away. After determining our unit was beyond repair Mark immediately got on the phone to get a new unit ordered and his crew headed to our home to start work. Within a couple hours Mark and his team had our new system installed and our basement spotless. I would highly recommend London HVAC for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

I called because furnace was not heating. The owner Mark was able to come out within in an hour. It was determined I would need a new furnace; this was not a surprise since I knew it was reaching end of life. It was late in the day and he could not get a unit but was able to temporary get our furnace to supply heat overnight. He came the next day and had the new furnace in within a couple hours. The price was very good and fair. Great company and great working with Mark. I would recommend to anyone.

From the time Mark arrived to provide us a quote (he had the best pricing of all quotes received), our experience with London Heating and Cooling was professional and easy. Mark and his helper arrived promptly the following day to install our furnace and ac unit, and got right to work. I sought out London Heating and Cooling because they were local and offered American Standard equipment. When Mark London came out for a free estimate to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit I expressed some concerns about the existing systems airflow. He explained what the problems were and offered some solutions that would improve the performance. He gave me a fair price and based on his explanation and solution to our issues I decided to schedule an installation. I had some other questions prior to installation and Mark always had a prompted reply. The day of the installation Mark and his assistant were right on time. Both men were professional and courteous and took care to contain the mess associated with this type of work. The entire installation took about six hours, was issue free and quality work. We have had some hot days since the installation and there has been a noticeable improvement to airflow because of Mark’s solution. You want to believe that because the owner of a business is doing the work there will be quality and a sense of pride. We found that to be true of Mark London. Based on my experience I highly recommend London Heating and Cooling.

Mark was awesome! I got six quotes and not only was Mark the most responsive and cost effective, but he spent the time with me that I needed to educate me on the different options for my new HVAC system. The install went very smoothly and I am now enjoying my new HVAC. He is also very personable and someone I can trust. Mark is our guy!

Mark was amazing to work with. He came out early Saturday last minute after our A/C crashed when other companies I looked into delayed-even with a little one at home. I had a new A/C & Furnace installed by that Thursday. Mark was incredibly nice, answered all my questions, was polite, and gave me a really good price on new American Standard A/C-Furnace. Mark also noticed my basement did not have register vents and took the time to install for me-overall an easy experience and I will go back to London Heating and Cooling from here on out. I highly recommend London Heating & Cooling. I contacted Mark about my furnace and he came out that same day to look at it. As I suspected, both the furnace and air conditioner were living on borrowed time. Mark gave me a fair price and within a few days Mark and his assistant replaced both. They were friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. In fact, they did such good work that I'm using London Heating & Cooling to install a new water heater next week.

We called London Heating and Cooling to come out to fix out A/C that unexpectedly stopped working. Mark was extremely professional and had our unit fixed in 10 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Mark is great! We had a really old Air Conditioning system and heater we called Mark to take a look at it at the end of last summer. Now that its hot, and we’ve had to turn on the air, our house has never been cooler. He was quick, clean and professional! It’s great to see a pro actually enjoy what he does!
