Mark installed a new furnace and a/c for us at a fair price. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and just an all around good guy. I highly recommend London heating and cooling.

I've used Mark for all of my HVAC needs, including at my rental properties, for the last several years. I've also referred him to my friends and family with NO regrets. He's professional, honest, reliable and FAIR. He's also been very responsive when we've had an outage.

Mark was great and arrived very quickly after calling him to take a look at our AC after we noticed some leaking. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions we had as new homeowners and provided suggestions to improve our system. Had a very down to earth personality that's not there to steal your money, but treats your home and system like his own. Definitely recommend!

Mark installed a new furnace in our house. We were extremely happy with his work. He is reliable and we were always able to call him with any questions we had. He also replaced our neighbor’s and Grandparents furnace. I would highly recommend London Mechanical to anyone in need.

Mark is awesome. I had him on a huge project of mine and he did a fantastic job! He was my best subcontractors by far. The best part is that when my elderly parents A/C went out early in the summer I called him and he was at their house the next morning to fix it. The kicker is that they live in Michigan! 80+ miles away from his office. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Highly recommended!!

Our heating went out yesterday morning, I found marks info online and called right away, he was out in the afternoon on time and determined that we would need a new furnace, ours was extremely old so we expected this. The price he quoted was better than we hoped, he installed the new furnace first thing this morning along with our new thermostat and a new chimney cap. He was wonderful to work with, friendly, dependable, on time and the price was great. I would absolutely recommend London heating and cooling!

I would recommend this company to ANYONE who asks me. Not only were they nice, on time, and very easy to communicate with, they didn’t try to sell me things that other companies told me needed to be replaced! He inspected everything in both my attic where the problem came from and the outside unit and determined the problem easily. He returned back to install a new condensate drain clean my unit and help me replace the filter. I would never call anyone but them for anything hvac in the future!!! Thank you guys!!!! 😁

Our furnace went out unexpectedly this week. we called all around. Mark offered to come right out. First, we tried someone else. When their offer was too pricey, we asked London to come and he got the job done 2 days after! We purchased a new AC unit and furnace. He was kind, affordable, knowledgeable, honest and caring. He even replaced our thermostat with one we already had. We highly recommend and plan to use him for all future heating and cooling needs!!

Mark was responsive, on time and priced well. Him and his team replaced my AC and Furnace on the hottest day of the year during thunder storms and power outages all in about 5 hours. Will use again!

London heating is the best! This summer he came out when our 26 year old A/C's went out while I was pregnant and he got our units replaced quickly. This fall we choose to replace our old furnaces as well through him before they went out. Both jobs he did quickly and timely and with very reasonable prices. We also had an issue with our flue pipe cap which he quickly came out to inspect and fix without any issues. I have referred him to family and friends because he does such a great job! We will use him for all of our HVAC needs.
