Update Heating and Cooling Services

Live review: Currently Chris and Conner have been at my house all day (6 hours or so at this point) to replace my HVAC system, furnace and AC. The previous install was horrid, even my eyes could see that much. They are going above and beyond. They've had to leave to the hardware store to get raw materials that you don't normally need (plyboard that they happily cut and caulked to prevent leaks) and to machine some odd shaped duct work at their shop.

Brian was the one whom inspected the system and saw many of the faults that I saw. He too was top notch.

Dawn has been amazing in helping me schedule all of these appointments and getting me service quickly. Even taking time out of her Sunday to find away to get me service the Monday as Brian and I discussed.

I am so far blown away by this company.

Update: They stayed late till the job was done and were completely friendly. Their boss Jason stopped by at the end to check on his guys and make they were okay. A+ Class act. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

So glad we used them. They were very prompt, courteous, and very reasonably price. Totally upfront with the cost, unlike many companies who say “we have to get into it first”. They fixed our issue quickly, and didn’t make a mess. Totally recommend them.

I've had nothing but great experiences with their team. I had a new furnace install last April. When I decided to use my continuous fan this year I found out that it wasn't fast enough for my liking. They sent a tech out less than 18 hours later and adjusted the fan at no charge 8 months after the original install, great work.

I am big on customer service and these guys are extremely professional and friendly and concerned with your needs and getting the job done. I had a great experience and my problem was solved. I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience so hopefully the friend I refer also gets a wonderful job done and spreads the word again!

The team at Update has been nothing but patient and professional. I had an issue with my older air conditioning unit making tons of noise so I called them pretty late and they came out the next day to resolve the issue. Very quick service, done before noon and the staff was very friendly. I appreciate great customer service and I will be using their service again.

Update Heating and Cooling is by far the best experience I have had. Jason came out as promised when I expressed a concern with my furnace. He was prompt, polite and very honest. He did not find anything wrong with my furnace. He is very honest where another company could have charged me for something I did not need. They have been taking care of my heating and A/C for the last few years! I don’t trust anyone but Update! Thank you!
