Anthony cleaned our heater recently so we could feel comfortable that it will work how it should in the coming months. He showed me pictures before and after, as well as gave some insight on how to make my system run efficiently. It's great to have a nice person who knows what he is doing and actually takes the time to explain things to you.

Called this company late in the afternoon and Anthony was able to come that evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He had to go pick up a part and still did even though it was late at night. Thank goodness because it was so cold! He was professional, clean and mannerly. Will use him in the future.

After paying for two service calls from other companies which were both fails, Lovitt's H&C came out and actually 'lifted the hood' and got their hands dirty. Because of this they could properly diagnose the job and it was corrected. They will be the first I call the next time any service is needed.
