First, I want to say that we were very pleased with the work that Nate from Winters HVAC performed on our AC condenser unit. He communicated well on the phone, let us know ahead of time on the day of the repair that he was running late due to his first call of the day, is very knowledgeable about AC operation, was very gentle working with the existing equipment, and completed the job neatly and in a workman-like manner. We contracted Nate to remove and replace the compressor in our outdoor condenser unit, install filter-dryers in the suction and discharge lines, purge the lines of any debris, charge the system with new refrigerant, and check the operating conditions while starting up the system. We purchased all of the equipment needed and he performed the installation on a T&M basis. Nate was very easy to work with, offered reasonable pricing, and we would definitely use him again for HVAC repairs and installation.

Had an issue with my A/C and called Winters and they were over in 30 minutes and fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service, professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Asked to come on a Sunday or Monday, showed up on Saturday. I asked to look at the AC unit and provide a quote for a new unit. Never received the quote. Didn’t listen to anything I said. Ran in and ran out of my house. Don’t bother
