    Of course, on the hottest day of 2023 (June 29] my A/C decided to take a dump. Since Bentley had previously done preventative maintenance on it, I called them. It was the Thursday before the Fourth of July, and I’d hoped it was minor failure with a fast, easy fix. WRONG! After replacing two electrical components and the compressor still not engaging, it was determined that we needed a new A/C system. How much and how soon can you start?
    After calculating my needs, measuring for components that would fit my infrastructure and arriving on a mutually agreeable price, Frank said the magic word: “tomorrow?” DO IT!

    Today is July 4th, four days of near 90 degrees later and we couldn’t be happier. Jimmy, the installer did a nice, neat job on fitting the new components into the existing plenum, and on the new replacement humidifier (the base of the old one was crumbling, the replacement part cost 1/2 as much of a whole new unit). The new system is slightly larger capacity than the old one and there is a noticeable difference: it doesn’t struggle on these hot, humid days to hold the temperature that’s been set. The new outside unit looks great too.

    Came home to cold house and realized furnace wasn't functioning. Called Bently Heating and Cooling at 830 pm on a Friday night. He was at my house shortly after our call, diagnosed the issue quickly, ran to the shop for a part and fixed my issue. I have 2 young children and the house was getting cold.     Came out on Christmas Day at 11 am to troubleshoot my furnace during a severe winter storm! Temps have been below zero recently, and my furnace gave out over night. I woke up to my house at 48F! On Christmas Day! So grateful to this company for helping me while I was struggling! Thank you a million times! Highly recommend!!!

    So I called a guy..he came..he say there is no way...(emphasis on the word no) he could get the part in time to get my heat moving back today... unacceptable as I have 3 kids...I call someone else..SAME THING....
    I call BENTLEY and this dude came over...NOT ONLY WITH A NEW PART...HE FIXED THE OLD ONE TO SAVE ME MONEY WHEN I HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO...I am blown away..fast reliable and so affordable...if you see this guy and pass him up for the next guy.     Super nice and honest! Did a great job in answering and explaining all my questions and how the furnace generally works. Was very forthcoming and it was appreciated. I feel comfortable with them and that says a lot. In the spring I plan on installing a new furnace,water heater and A.C. I will definitely be using Bentley!👍

    My 27 year old furnace went out on Christmas morning. I called Bentley Heating and cooling who responded quickly and got my heat back on. I would highly recommend them. They have since replaced my furnace for me. Support local family owned!

    I personally had very good experiences with Bentley. I had a new air conditioner installed and some other work done in our home. Service was on-time and on-budget, really no complaints. I found them to be professional in their demeanor and they stayed late until the job was done. We agreed on a price beforehand and that's what it cost. I'll use them again if I need this service.

    We used Bentley for a central air unit and furnace replacement. We chose Bentley because Frank took the time to walk us through everything. Not only did he explain what they would be doing but why they would be doing it. He gave us the price upfront and that was the price we paid.

    He had another person working with him and both men were nothing but professional. I'd have no problem using them again and would recommend them. #ShopLocal

    Frank offered to come by and take a look at my AC which had quit over the weekend. Did a simple test and switched out the capacitor and we were back in business!

    Compare that to crook that came over earlier who said I needed to spend over $7k on a new AC unit, which was double the price anyone else was estimating! Stay away from Four Seasons! Go with Bentley!

    AC Capacitor took a dump. Bentley came out two hours after closing time. Fixed it real quick and showed me some easy maintenance tricks. Thanks a bunch. Stay cool.
