Chris was on time and very professional. He came inside my home and immediately took his shoes off and began to assess the situation with my AC. He was able to pinpoint the problem and my air was up and running at a very minimal cost compared to three other quotes I obtained just for coming out. i would highly recommend his business to anyone.

I had no heat on Christmas Eve day. I called Chris that morning and he was here within the hour. He fixed the problem and installed a new thermostat quickly and the heat was back on. I also had him install a hot water tank the following week. He is very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his company for any heating and cooling issues you have. I will definitely be calling him again!

Chris & another gentleman came out today on schedule to clean out my boiler because it kept shutting off, tripping the rollout switch. After that they cleaned both my furnaces as well. They were professional, efficient and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

We were so fortunate to have Chris come out less than 10 minutes of a phone call, especially in the cold late night. Chris answered all my questions, explained things to me, gave me advice and taught me what to do in case problem happened again. He made sure twice that things were working properly before he left. Furnace went out at night when it was 20 degrees. Chris came over at 1AM to diagnose the problem. Picked up parts at 7AM and had everything fixed up by 8AM. Highly recommended.

The very night my husband and I brought our newborn home from the hospital our air conditioner stopped working. In the middle of July, the temperature in our house was 81 degrees and climbing. At 9:30PM, I called Chris from Custom Seasons Heating & Cooling and explained our circumstances (having just brought home our newborn). Without hesitation, Chris was on his way to our home.

It's Christmas. My parent's furnace went out over the night. After calling 10 places...called Custom and got Chris who didn't even hesitate. Said no problem and he will come out.
