Mark was very fast to get back to me and made the install as smooth as possible. Will recommend to anybody who needs HVAC services.

We used Mark last year when our old steam boiler broke and we decided to convert our building into forced air heat. He came out right away and looked at everything and provided a very competitive quote. They started on the project almost immediately. They had the boiler system, including the radiators and piping, torn out and the new system completely up and running within days. Their work was top notch and Mark really knows his stuff. He worked with me to make the most economical decisions for the new system and to keep it as affordable as possible. Beyond his great workmanship he is really just a great guy. Would recommend London to everyone!

I normally do not leave reviews but felt I really needed to provide a huge shout out to London Heating & Cooling. My father had his furnace serviced by another company who told him he would need to replace the unit at a cost of $10k additionally scaring him by saying he potentially could be exposed to carbon monoxide. Upon hearing this my husband immediately called London Heating as we used them to replace our HVAC unit a couple years back and we were extremely impressed with their value and professionalism. Mark London went to my fathers home to inspect the unit and was able to ascertain that absolutely nothing was wrong with the unit. Being a senior citizen, the other service provider was trying to take advantage of him. Mark was able to lessen his fear and confirm the unit was completely functional and safe. Our furnace died and Mark came out the next day to give an estimate to replace our furnace and AC. Mark and his team came out a week later to replace both units and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful!

Mark gave us some solutions to better heat and cool our home and we have him scheduled to come out and do some new duct work.
