Mark is extremely responsive to messages! He helped us twice so far with AC/furnace issues. Once at our former townhouse and now at a house we just moved into. He came out quickly to check out the AC unit and had a new one installed the next morning. Not to mention good products for exceptional prices! Highly recommend!

After a house fire we had to completely start over. I had a hard time finding companies that can perform a full hvac scope complete with ductwork install. Mark was the solution to my problems! He is very knowledgeable in his field. They handled everything from start to finish (our architect forgot to include mechanical chases in our plans and Mark was able to pick up the slack and essentially laid out all of our ductwork runs) and most importantly he built us an efficient system. Everything is appropriately sized so whether it’s 105 or -5 we are ALWAYS perfectly comfortable in our house. Our AC never has to struggle to keep up, and when it got cold he even drove all the way to Indiana to flip a switch on the furnace for me, without hesitation. Don’t waste your time with a company that can’t do it all. 10/10 would recommend to my Grandma!

AC was not cooling. Called London Heating & Cooling and Mark came out that same afternoon. Lucky for me it just needed a part and was fixed in a very short time. Mark is very honest and and professional. I would highly recommend him if you need service. I will definitely call them if I ever need service again. .

I purchased a home that needed a complete remodel which included a new HVAC system. This was the first time I tackled a renovation to this extent and had limited knowledge of what was needed. I spent several weeks looking for local HVAC companies online and found London Heating and Cooling. Mark was one of the first guys I spoke with, he gave me many great tips on what would be best for my new system. After meeting Mark, I interviewed several other HVAC companies to gain knowledge and price shop. Many of the other companies you may have heard about or seen their commercials, they were priced out of my budget or had no real knowledge of redesigning the duct work. Many of the other local companies could only handle switching out the old AC and furnaces in the same location or felt the job was too large for them. The problem with so many other companies I set appointments with would show up late, not at all or never give a bid after walking around the house for an hour. The renovation required relocating a furnace from the basement to the second floor, moving one furnace to the opposite side of the basement, all new AC lines, moving AC units and probably the most important part was adding a complete new duct system. Mark was able to figure out the best way to get air movement throughout the whole house by placing all the returns and vents in the best locations. The design part of the duct work was very complicated, but Mark made it easy for me. Mark had the best recommendations for the new equipment to fit my budget. Mark was early to all appointments and finished the job early. I was always able to get a hold of Mark before during and even after the installation. My recommendation to you is save yourself some time, money, and hassle by calling Mark at London Heating and Cooling. We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling. Our furnace bit the dust and our A/C was on its way out as well. Mark came out so quickly to give an estimate and got us on the schedule to have a complete new system installed within a few days. Mark is a total professional. He and his assistant were in and out in less than 3 hours, everything is working perfectly and the unit looks nice. We called Mark when one of our AC units went out during the hottest days of the year. Within days, we had him install new furnaces and AC units. He was quick, reasonable, professional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. My husband was even impressed, and he's difficult to please!
