Mark came out the next day after I called. He was more then willing to work with my schedule. Unlike other companies he could of easily sold me stuff I did not need. Extremely honest and knowledgeable And price was more then fair! Will be the only company I call for now on!

Last week we put in a service call for a furnace that would "Short cycle" intermittently. We noticed the furnace would really struggle at night time and for periods it would not run leaving the house about 65 degrees when we woke up. The guy from London heating came out, he took the door off the furnace, had us crank the heat up and the furnace worked the way it should. I explained to him the problems seems to be intermittent. He took 5 minutes to look at the furnace and told me it is too small for the house and we would need a new one, he also told me its dirty. I told him we do not have the money for a new furnace at the moment, what could we do about this one. He said nothing, he said its old and its not doing the problem right now. I asked if it can be cleaned, he said no. No suggestions, no problem solving, the only answer was we needed a new one. This furnace has been heating the house just fine since 2002, and now its too small? We paid him $80 to come out, look at it for less than 5 minutes and offer no other solutions but buying an complete new unit. I felt very ripped off!

Very honest and quick! Our AC went out, and turns out it just needed a capacitor. Price was very reasonable. We will need a new AC in the next few years I bet, so we will call London HVAC again!
