Mark was one of 4 estimates that we received to replace our furnace. The cost of replacing the furnace was comparable to the other HVAC companies, but it was Mark's expertise as well as customer care that set London Mechanical apart from the others. Mark was on time, communicated any issues or changes, and was professional. We will be using London Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs.

We had a very old central air and furnace system that we kind of nursed along since moving in 3 plus years ago. It finally just had nothing left this July. London came out promptly on the day I called and gave his assessment. It was honest and professional. I agreed we needed to replace it all and 5 days later we have a cool home and new furnace system as well. Professional, personable and good value.

Mark was in to replace my whole home humidifier. He arrived when he said he would, was quick and neat, and was totally cool with my kids watching (from a safe distance) him work. I got a great deal and completely recommend Mark's service!

Mark is a very honest, reliable and knowledgable man. He has installed a new lobby furnace that he found was improperly installed and has serviced our garage heaters as well as roof top unit on the building. We had a recent incident where our rooftop unit was leaking gas in the building and he was quick to respond within an hour and ordered the parts and installed once he received them. We are very happy with his work and he is very reasonable on his prices. It's hard to find a reliable contractor that is honest with what you really need and he is by far one of the best I've seen.

I need a new AC Coil in my furnace on a 14 yr old system. Mark came out measured everything up and 2 days later I have working AC again. He is very very reliable. He even returns phone calls where you don't even leave a message for him. Very trust worthy for being in the Lockport area. I would highly recommend him again if I need to completely replace the entire AC and or furnace system. He is very passionate about his work and doesn't cut corners either.
