Made an appointment based on previous great reviews, and I was happy I did. Professional and great communication. Had a hiccup with the service tech arrival time, and they provided excellent customer service.
Juan was quick and thorough, courteous and answered all my questions while cleaning the ductwork. Taylor provided great customer service over the phone, friendly, responsive and helpful. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely call Mr. Duct again for future HVAC needs. Thanks!

Very happy with Mr. Duct. I had them come out for vent and dryer cleaning. They came within the two hour time frame and called before arriving at my house. Both gentlemen were professional, neatly dressed, and covered their shoes. Explained what would be done and actually cleaned up a small mess that was made. Price didn't break the bank either. I would definitely call them again.

Had these guys out last Saturday to clean my dryer vent. Communication was good before, during, and after the appt. Checked around, and their price was the lowest I found. They were on time and called when they were on their way. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

My experience with Mr. Duct went very well. Before calling any company to come out and look at my central air unit, I was very concerned that the technician might work on commission and try to repair or sell something which I did not need. After researching many central air repair facilities I came upon Mr. Duct and I liked what I read in the reviews. When I called to make an appointment Mr. Duct was able to come out the very next day although my situation was not an emergency. The service technician was right on time and very pleasant. I also received a phone call 45 minutes before the technician arrived which I found most impressive. The price of the air conditioning check-up was reasonable an I now feel confident that there will not be any surprises this summer with my AC malfunctioning.

After moving into my new home I noticed how dirty the air ducts were. I decided to give Mr. duct a call to receive an estimate.

The quote I was given on top of the discount that was applied was way too good to pass up. I decided to go ahead and book them for a cleaning. They came on time, were professional, and were very clean. The work they did was outstanding. They left the ducts really clean and also left my home clean as if they were never there. I would recommend and definitely rehire them for future jobs!

The technicians literally left my home less than one hour ago and I am in complete shock (🗣in the best way possible) They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and they had excellent communication/customer service! They were kind to my children also...(side note: my 12month old took his VERY FIRST STEPS while they were in our home) The price was very fair and the job itself is clearly worth the money and very deserving of the 5 star rating! My master bedroom was not cooling down but the rest of the house was freezing. less than an hour later our “sauna room” is now the master again 😂 finally we can get comfortable and relax! Just in time for the warm Weather...I hope 🙃

My Mr Duct crew did an excellent job. They were on time, explained the process, and finished my whole house in under 2 hours. They did not cause any damage, and did not create any mess. The process was very efficient, they showed me with a camera what my main return line looked like before and after, the difference was amazing! I would recommend Mr Duct to others.

Great company to work with. Needing to have the dryer vent cleaned during a pandemic is stressful but they were very mindful and professional - masks, understood my concerns and were nice about it. Were on time, gave me a text before coming, and were fast. Would use again and would recommend.

I filled out a request for service online to have my dryer vent cleaned and I received a call within ten minutes. Mr. Duct was able to schedule my work for the next day, called a half hour before they arrived, and came within the time frame scheduled. They were clean and efficient, and even vacuumed under my dryer for me after they cleaned out the dryer vent. Bravo!
