Mr. Duct

Marco and Daniel came right on time and worked on our system (which was amazingly dirty) and got it squeaky clean in record time. They also tidied up afterwards and were friendly and pleasant. I would call them again anytime-- and highly recommend them!

Be extremely cautious with this company. They damaged my ducting then refused to repair it!

After my duct cleaning was completed, I noticed a large amount of dust clumps in my crawl space area. These clumps were centered around one area where the ducting turned 90* and went through a wall space above. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was a hole blown from the inside facing out. Their pressurized rubber hose penetrated the ducting when the workers were shoving it down through the ducting in the wall.
I had Mr. Duct come back out, and the representative and his manager denied that they caused the damage and said that it must have been slit open somehow. How a duct can be slit like that from the outside is beyond me. The damage clearly caused by Mr Duct cleaners.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Dryer vent cleaning yesterday. Mr. Duct representatives were on time, friendly and professional. They went to work and finished the job in about one-half hour. I will definitely call them again when I need this service. Price competitive with others I called.

I had a very positive experience with Mr. Duct. I was easily able to secure an appointment that suited my schedule and the technicians were prompt and friendly. They took off their shoes without being asked and were informative during the session. After, they explained the process to me. Overall, I give Mr. Duct 5 out of 5 stars.

Had service done on my house, approx 950 sqf, on a slab concrete foundation. Josh was our tech from Mr.Duct. and he was personable, professional and curtious. He was in and out within 45 minutes, cleaned up after himself and took before and after photos of our ducts. I sincerely appreciate the work that was done and will be using them in the future.

Overall this Company does not treat their employees well. If one of the jobs is messed up or if a call is made by the customer to have a worker come back down even if nothing is messed up the employees receive no pay for that job. Background checks and driving records are not run regularly for screening. Please go somewhere else for the employees sakes, I’m really hoping this place runs out of business after understanding how they run their business. Their one hundred percent for the customer but invest little to no pay in their employees. Their workers are scheduled for 45 hour weeks and do not get paid for many of those hours if their is any calls for someone to come back down even if it isn’t something that is the workers fault.

Great service, completed on time. Vents were very clean after, they even found old crayons from the previous homeowners in the vents. We are first time home owners and appreciated that they explained everything they were doing. We would highly recommend them.

Our dryer duct needed cleaning, so I called Mr. Duct. The two technicians arrived promptly and did a marvelous job on the cleaning. They even fixed the bird screen over the dryer vent on the side of the house after getting rid of a bird's nest! Will definitely call them again in the future!!

Mr. Duct cleaning service is awesome. They offer great rates and thoroughly explained the entire process before starting and cleaned everything after they were completed. Will be using them again in the future.

Called for a duct cleaning quote and they were able to setup an appointment the very next. The service tech was able to do the job that same day! Very prompt service we will keep this company on hand for future needs.
