Mr. Duct

Can't say enough good things about this company! We've been using them for several years, so naturally when our dryer wasn't working properly they were the first call we made. And boy am I glad we did. The service technician Ben spotted a crack at one of the connection points, which if left unresolved could have easily turned into a carbon monoxide leak! He stayed until the issue was resolved and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Will continue to use them every year.

I recently used Mr. Duct to have my dryer vent cleaned. I called them on a Friday morning, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I got a text when the truck was on its way, and the doorbell rang about 20 minutes later. The tech was friendly and also took off his shoes while he was in my home. He worked quietly and fast, and provided the before/after readings from the device that measures the airflow in the duct. The whole experience was nice and easy- excellent service from start to finish.

These guys are AWESOME!! I had Sergio and Jason working at my house today . They worked very hard and did an excellent job ! I couldn't of been more pleased. They covered all work and explained everything to me completely and we're very professional. My vents for the house and dryer have never been as cleaned as Mr Duct did by any other company !! Was getting a d90 error on dryer. I tried cleaning out the ductwork and kept getting same error. Mr Duct came out and and cleaned out our dryer vent that vents through the roof. Accessed the ductwork via attic. Found HUGE birds nest now dryer runs line new. Highly recommend

Had an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning perform last weekend. The 2 man crew showed on time and quickly got started. I mentioned we were having some temperature issues in the family room and getting very little airflow. After the service, we have airflow in the family room for the first time since purchasing the house just over a year ago.
Very pleased with the service, the improvement in system performance, and was surprised by the amount of dust they had removed. The company was professional and easy to work with. Will definitely keep Mr. Duct in mind when having this work done again in the future!

The two men that came to clean my ducts were on time and super nice. The lead guy was in total control, but his assistant really didn't need much guidance as he knew what to do. They were cautious not to damage anything in my home. I would definitely recommend them. The office staff was great to work with and had a team here for the specific day and time that I requested.

I was looking for a place to come clean my vents and dryer that didn’t break the bank. This place sure did show up!! Not only was the cost appropriate, but the professionalism of the team is outstanding. From the moment I received communication back to set up my appointment to the time I checked out this team was top notch. Everyone was so kind! Nick and Ryan showed up to my home on Saturday with smiles on their faces, they introduced themselves and shook my hand ... that goes a long way in my book. They explained the process fully and efficient with their work. They both even were so kind to my sometimes too friendly dog that wanted to be involved in everything they were doing... the Rubs and pats on the back really won her over! They are outstanding employees for your company. I will definitely be using this company again. Thanks for everything!

Been using Mr Duct for 3 years. We are nearing 100 cleanings throughout our locations and never had an issue. Taylor F took my 1st order and since then I only reach out to her for dryer vent cleanings. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but Taylor is excellent and is the reason I will keep using them.

I want to start this review by saying that there's numerous other local HVAC places with similar availability, better level of service, and notably cheaper prices. Please do yourself a favor and call one of them.

Also, I don't typically write scathing reviews like this. If you look at my review history it's almost exclusively 5 star reviews.

I had called Mr. Duct to get a more proper diagnosis and repair for my furnace. I originally had someone I know personally look at it and they said the inducer wasn't turning on and the board likely needed to be replaced but that it might not be a bad idea to get a second opinion. Mr. Duct was initially fairly friendly and quick to get something scheduled which I was happy about since it's only getting colder. Their tech came out and, contrary to what my friend had said, told me it was my inducer motor. They offered to replace it for $900 plus the $119 for diagnosis. I had asked a handful of questions to confirm their diagnosis and had mentioned that my friend had looked at it to which the tech told me that if I have a friend that can replace the inducer it'd likely cost $200-$300 and recommended that I go that route. So, heeding their advice, I decided to have it replaced by someone else as my friend is fully HVAC certified and has been in the business for ~40 years. I paid them the $119 diagnostic fee and they left. I had the inducer replaced within hours of their visit only to find out that their diagnosis was wrong. I immediately called Mr. Duct back in hopes they may be able to rediagnose it as their initial diagnosis was inaccurate and was IMMEDIATELY met with resistance by Tom. I was transferred to him within seconds of calling in and he seemed very prepared to take my specific call, stating he relistened to my original call to him already(clearly trying to find ways to cover his tracks). He quickly tries to pass the buck onto the person who replaced my inducer (which is ultimately very easy to replace as it's only 3 screws and a cable connector) and offered me no assistance in further trying to diagnose my system. I requested a refund as their service is supposed to be guaranteed and obviously their diagnosis was inaccurate. After going back and forth for quite some time attempting to receive further assistance or a refund Tom told me "the $120 isn't even worth the headache" and yet STILL refused to refund me. If it wasn't worth the headache then why would you not refund me? It is most certainly worth the headache for me because it's my personal money. He also told me he would have to fire that tech of 8 years because of what I was advised by him. This is simply not a professional way to handle a customer situation and I'm not going to be guilted about you "firing" a tech because Mr. Duct rips people off. Well, I ended up getting a REAL HVAC company (TR Miller) to come service it and they agreed that it was the board. I had reinstalled my old inducer myself before the new tech came and replaced the board and lo and behold, my old inducer still works perfectly fine.

In summary, Mr. Duct misdiagnosed my system, told me to have someone else replace it for cheaper, shirked responsibility when they were confronted about being wrong, and refused to offer any actual solutions or a refund for their "guaranteed service".

Tom is one of the worst customer facing employees I have EVER had the displeasure to interact with. If I could give him negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. Please save yourself the money, time, and headaches and call TR Miller or even Econotemp (both of which have better reviews and are cheaper).

This was the first time I had the duct cleaning done. I wasn't sure what to expect. So I looked to Yelp for local companies with good reviews. The crew from Mr. Duct, arrived early and waited for me to get home. Emmanuel and Blake explained everything before starting their work. They were very neat and professional. They took great care, and respected my home. I had gotten an estimate by phone from Tom before I accepted the job. There were no changes or surprises. I am very satisfied with the job that Mr. Duct did and I can see why they already had so many great reviews. I would most certainly use them again.
