Jeff was very courteous and informative. His diagnostic report was clear and he delivered the repairs within the time he estimated. His approach to Health & Safety was welcome, especially with Covid 19. He wore a mask and booties indoors, which were well appreciated.

These guys are my heroes! The repair man who came out told me we needed a new furnace and contacted. Santos Heating & Cooling, the salesman, told me they'd be able to come out the next day to install a new one. They arrived the next day and they were great. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Santos was there when I really needed them and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended!!!

I am very impressed with Santos Heating & Cooling. I was able to schedule a same-day service call. Danny arrived on time and was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue in my home and was able to give me an accurate estimate of costs and time for the repair. He took pictures of his repairs and thoroughly explained what he did.

Danny has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Danny and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. He is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Danny’s qualities as a business owner. Danny came out because we needed a new furnace. While we weren't expecting to have to buy a furnace, he really made the experience easy. He clearly knows the available equipment and was able to get a temp installation done for us in just a few hours. I would highly recommend Santos Heating & Cooling!
