I called and secured an appointment to look at my AC. I called them the next day on a totally unrelated issue, and they told me they wouldn't be able to come out in the morning. The soonest they would be able to get me in was next week. It's fine to be busy, but that's an egregious reschedule that I had to call to find out about.

Worked with their technician to get a new AC and furnace. He made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He was very responsive to my calls and provided answers to my questions. The installation was perfect and everything works great. Couldn't be happier with the product and service.

The specialist came out for our annual inspection. He invited me along to, not only check out what he was doing, but to make sure I understood what was going on and how things worked. He was professional, friendly and tidy. The online booking was also easy to schedule. Highly recommended.

from 11-2, they call in afternoon to move it to 5-7, which given the situation was frustrating. I would have called someone else. Then no call, no show in the 5-7 window. Call multiple times but you are only dealing with an answering service, not the actual company. They have no answers, so you are never in direct contact with the company. Strongly do not recommend, use someone who values the customer and reaches out and communicates directly.

Santos Heating & Cooling serviced my furnace this week and the service has been exceptional. Their serviceman is personable, extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent suggestions. I recommend this company and their awesome services!!

I did not expect that our old AC unit could be repaired.They actually did it! Very good service company; my AC unit broke down and the tech who repaired it last told us it won't be repaired again .I am happy to announce that the AC is going strong after Danny worked on it. He had the necessary parts when he arrived and finished the job in time.

Mark was very professional. He took the time to explain to me the problem and the solution, and his rate was extremely fair and reasonable! He was punctual, thorough, responsive, and the work was top notch. Highly recommended!
