We knew our furnace and A-C were at least 25 years old and time for replacement. We got 3 quotes. Although Fire-n-Ice was not the cheapest, the owner, Jim, took the time to inspect what we had, listen to what we wanted and quoted a new heat pump system to meet our needs. The crew, Dan & Chris, did a great job installing the new system and provided insightful explanations of the system and components, they answered all my questions. I recommend Fire-n-Ice.

We had Fire ‘n’ ice out this week for our annual maintenance check. I have had some horrible experiences with other companies but Fire ‘n’ Ice guys were on time, professional, and were great at explaining what was being done. The price was right also. I will definitely be using them again in the future and just recommended them to my neighbor.

I called Fire N Ice this past Monday when my old AC went out. Within 10 minutes Jim was calling to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Jim was amazing walking me through exactly what I needed for my house. He was fair and honest and did not try to up price me on systems I did not need. They were able to come out within 48 hours for installation. When the techs arrived they were on time, professional and amazing communicators. After installation they took the time to walk us through the system and how to maintain. The owners called us later in the night to make sure we were happy. In a time with high inflation Fire N Ice gave me a great value for the quality Carrier products. We will be using Fire N Ice for all of our hvac needs going further.

Absolutely LOVED these guys! Very honest with the type of work that was needed and all possible solutions and even financing options available to me if needed. NEVER pushy and did a great job doing exactly what we asked and what was best for us to fix another company's mistakes. Product line was excellent and fitted for exactly what our home needs. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

We called Fire 'n' Ice when the heat in our top floor suddenly stopped working. They came the next day, and after some extensive time at our boiler, the repair tech DJ told us we would need a new boiler. (It was well over 30 years old.) Definitely not the best news you want to hear, but Fire N Ice made the whole process so easy. Jim came out within 20 minutes of DJ giving us the news and provided a quote that day, (the price was very reasonable) along with information about financing options (that were super easy to apply for.) DJ then came back out on the appointment day with Chris to get everything installed. They were so helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions. We had one of our HVAC units replaced by Fire n Ice, and were very satisfied with the service. They were very responsive and able to come out to our house quickly when we called. Jim was very good about explaining everything and answering all of our questions. I thought he was very fair and knowledgeable. Kris and Kent did a great job with the install, arriving on time (even a little early). They both were kind, knowledgeable, and also very good about answering all of our questions as well as explaining everything they thought we should know. The team was upfront and honest, performed the work on time, with good communication.

John was so very polite, kept everything clean and very thoughtful in his process. He answered questions and kept us informed as to what he was doing. John made the experience a delight and represented his company very well - a joy to have him handle our service.

We have used Fire 'n' Ice many times over the years and they have always provided top notch service. Recently we hired Casey and his team to completely replace our entire HVAC system at a commercial warehouse. This was not a small job. 12 massive HVAC units were removed and replaced. Everything was very well planned, executed, and completed according to plan without any problems. I recommend Fire 'n Ice heartily! We needed an after hours repair call on a hot, Friday at my elderly Mother's Condo and were so impressed! The office staff waded patiently through the association 's paperwork requirements and expedited it (the owner and Manager double-teamed it to make it happen). Our Technician, John helped us find her unmarked AC unit and quickly assessed it and had it working in no time. (And yes, he marked her unit before he left.) I can't thank them all enough for their skill, professionalism and caring.
