We had two new Carrier Furnaces installed. Jim was patient and great in explaining the replacement options, furnace features and costs. Kris and Kent were punctual (they actually came early and waited for 7:30am, the start time), professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained an issue they saw while they were replacing the old furnaces and were respectful/careful with flooring/walls. We have had no issues and would highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

my igniter went out on my furnace over the weekend. The technician called and with their weekend fixed visit fee (which was highest of the 5 24hr companies i called) and their crazy per 15 min labor rate and the igniter he quoted me around 600 dollars. the part is around 20 dollars and goes on with one screw. ive changed one in 3 minutes. The company i ended up going with did it for 175. They have a lot of good reviews because I am sure they probably do great work but i will not do business with someone that tries to take advantage of you when you have a failure at an inoppertune time.

Loved working with the company for our furnace and AC install. You benefit from an honest advice and expert tuning. Jim has always been upfront about the costs and the quality of the units. The team has been diligent in addressing our questions and concerns. We also appreciate their experience with Carrier products and flexibility in customizing our order. Our installation includes a Performance series furnace and AC and so far it's been running as smooth as we expect it. We also liked the satisfaction guaranteed policy from Carrier, matched with a 10 year parts and labor warranty from the company. You can't go wrong working with Fire n Ice.

We had a new unit installed by Fire n ice. Jim was great, he explained our options, made a great recommendation and even pointed out that the unit one of the other guys was quoting would have stuck out over my walk way 6-8 inches. His honesty and helpfulness was refreshing. The installer was amazing and we are super happy with our unit and our experience. Great folks very friendly and professional!

Fire n Ice replaced our furnace and ac and did a great job. Great communication while getting pricing and options. Felt no pressure to buy anything we didn’t need. Installers arrived on time and their quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. Answered any questions and went over everything when work was done. I BELIEVE IF GOD NEEDED A NEW HEATING SYSTEM IN HEAVEN. HE'D DEFINITELY WOULD COME TO "FIRE N ICE" AND GIVE A HUGE "THUMBS UP" AND PUT A HALO ON KRIS, DAN & JIM'S HEAD. WORK PREFORMED WAS PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, CLEAN, & PAID ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS .

Great people to work with , Last year we needed a new heating system and Fire N Ice had the best quote came to our home and completed the job the same day.

Had an air Condition unit go out call Fire m Ice for a quote and agreed on a price work was completed in one day service person did a fantastic job cam with a mask gloves and shoe protection. I have used Fire n Ice in the past and would recommend them knowing that you would be impressed with there pricing and service.

Outstanding service. I called Fire N Ice at 3:00 PM because it was 80 degrees in my house and the outside unit as not operating. I talked to Michelle and she said they might be able to send a tech out to look at he AC by 4:30 but she would need to check and I would be charged overtime rates. She called me back within 1/2 hour and told me Kent would be at my house within the hour. I was impressed, she called me back and the response time was fantastic. I was very happy. Kent arrive 1/2 later, found a bad condenser, installed a new one and my AC was working again. Kent was great to work with, very professional and really knew his job. I recently heard a squeak noise coming from one of my furnace air conditioner units which within two days turned into a grinding noise. I called at about 4:30 pm and spoke to Mike who said he could have a tech to our home the next morning to diagnose the problem. Then the tech Kris returned with a new blower motor and we were up and running before I got home from work that day. From start to completion less than 24 hours. We have Fire 'n' Ice for our home and business. They installed my home central air when we bought the home 23 years ago, and had very little problems with them.
I have be personally working with them for nearly 35 years and have always received quick, professional, friendly, and honest work done. The current owner Casey is as wonderful as his father Jim was to work with. I highly recommend contacting Fire 'n' Ice for existing equipment or new install.

I have been a customer of Fire "n" Ice for 4 years and the previous owner of my home for many years prior. My Carrier Infinity Furnace was in need of replacement and the team (Dan, Jim, Jr.) were very quick and efficient to diagnosis the problem and provide options for fixing or replacement. Due to the age of the furnace/ac, I decided to replace. After the issue was found, Jim, Jr. was in contact with all available options, from mid-range to higher end. He was extremely professional, honest and open to phone calls, even over the weekend to ensure all my questions were addressed. On install day, Kris and Joe were on time (actually early, a positive), and consummate professionals in their trade. I would also note that the office staff, especially Michelle, is excellent and very personable, making every customer feel important. Overall, a great company to work with and very honest. I look forward to business in the years ahead and highly recommend Fire "n" Ice for those considering a high quality company, family owned, that prides itself in integrity and customer satisfaction.
