We ended up not purchasing a heating and cooling system from Fire N Ice, opting instead for a fireplace. BUT without a doubt, Fire N Ice will be our HVAC choice in the future. Our experience with Jim couldn't have been better. Thorough, professional, pleasant, non-pushy in home estimate. I had a ton of conerns regarding noise from a heat pump, because our old one is very loud. Jim invited me to their lab where they have a unit installed. He met me there and discussed the product with me and even had product designers there. It was hard to walk away from that kind of attention and service. The Fire 'n Ice sales rep was the first person to suggest a way to evenly heat our home. On his recommendation, we prchased a 98% efficient furnace & corresponding thermostat. AFTER it was installed
I contacted him several times, beause l had some questions. He responded within minutes each time. He was extremely supportive and patient. We love our new system. It provides even heat just as the sales rep said it would.

During this last horrible stretch of horrid weather my furnace decided to stop working. Frantically I put a post on my fb asking for a reliable company. Within minutes I was directed to this company from multiple people. When calling them, someone answered on the second ring and was at my home in 20 minutes. The technician was able to determine that the machine was about to die. He was able to bypass the problem and get me heat to make it through the night. Might I add I have a 10 year old and a 11 month old so, no heat was not a option. The next day they came back and replace my unit. They have earned my respect and business because of how they handled the situation.

Fire 'n' Ice was terrific in replacing our furnace last week. From Jim, who guided us on which type of furnace to get, to Joe, the technician who installed it, the service was first class. I cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn't be happier with Fire 'n' Ice Heating & Cooling, Inc.! Our AC failed and after a very thorough service call it was determined that our compressor had indeed failed. Their sales staff was very knowledgeable of their lines and did a thorough walk through of our existing system and ductwork and was able to find us the perfect fit for an AC unit and furnace (which was giving us fits last winter), as well as recommend changes in our duct work. I was very happy with the pricing. Their install staff was very professional and courteous. The quality of work was superb. Our house is so much more comfortable now. If you're in the area and need HVAC work done, you'd be foolish not to call them. They're the best!

Fire & Ice was a great company to work with! Professional from start to finish. As usual, my furnace problem was not a usual problem, but they figured it out and serviced it quickly, and I have not had any problems since! I highly recommend.

From Jim, the salesperson, who was polite, on-time and very thorough to the installation crew, who were friendly, hard working, instructive (and arrived early!), it was a pleasure working with this company. Excellent service for a great price. Everything that was promised was done well.

New furnace installation November 2017. This is the first time we worked with Fire N Ice for our HVAC needs. We started with a professional estimate from Jim M. He determined the proper sizing of the new furnace by measuring the room sizes in our home and assessing the ductwork. We completed installation about a week later. We installed a Carrier furnace, Carrier Cor WiFi thermostat and humidifier. We have the option to control our house heating and cooling from our smartphone, or we can just control from wall using Cor thermostat.The installation takes about a day. Our technician was very knowledgable and explained how to work the new system to us.
We will use this company again for annual cleanings of the AC and furnace.
