Joe and Nick just left our home after installing our new furnace and AC system. We chose Fire and Ice after receiving a fair quote from Jim and researching their reviews. We especially liked the 10 year labor warranty (with annual maintenance), no other company we saw were offering this. Jim told me that the installers, Joe and Nick, start at 7:30 a.m., sure enough they pulled up to the house at 7:30 exactly. They were polite neat and very efficient. We are looking forward to many years of uninterrupted heating and cooling.

I have been a customer of Fire "n"Ice for 15+ years for service and maintenance and have always been happy. I purchased 2 new furnace and AC systems in May of 2018. The installation process was efficient and the workers really cared about what they were installing. Explained the new systems and how they were going to work. They said it would take 1 day to install each furnace/AC combination and they were right.
We have enjoyed our 2 new Carrier AC systems in the heat of the summer. Both worked perfectly and did a great job cooling the house. As we come into heating season, both furnaces have functioned well also. With the really cold days ahead, I am sure we will put the furnaces to the test!

Our air conditioner went out during the hottest week this summer. I have two small kids and was freaking out a little. I called Fire N Ice based on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. They were so nice over the phone! My husband and I knew the whole thing needed to be replaced, but they did an assessment first to see if it was fixable. When we dealt with the sales rep, Jim, he was a very honest individual. He went through all of our options and even let us know which one he bought for his house. We just had a wonderful experience and recommend Fire N Ice to everyone! Give them a call! They had great customer service and you won't be disappointed.

All I want to say hands down the best company for heating cooling. we bought a new Carrier furnace and a/c. Start out with sales guy Jim he give us an very honest estimate for new equipment, very courteous, knowledgable and sincere.
We actually had another company left us in a middle of mess on one the hottest Monday since aug 24/2020 those guys accidentally cut some wiring and said they will replace the coiling unit, and left the job undone says wiring needs to be done by someone who will cut the aluminum wire and put the copper in, then next Day called us As he can’t come before Friday.

I was furious and so mad as I have a tiny baby at home we give Fire and ice call Jim sales guy was honest and I already felT comfortable With him by his expertise and knowledge but since it’s a big purchase we went ahead and let another company give us an estimate too since we had already made the schedule.

All things happen for good reason we went with our gut feeling we called Jim back and told them we are ready next day Brandon and Chris came at 0730 prompt as promised, they were extraordinary guys perfectly fix everything. They explained us more things that I could have asked for very professional. In future we will only use them and I will only recommend them. We had a great experience with Fire ‘n’ Ice! Our 34-year-old furnace went out in December right before Christmas. My husband called Fire ‘n’ Ice and someone returned his call immediately. They came to our home to give us an estimate. They showed up promptly within the window they said they’d be there, they were respectful and professional, and they were priced competitively. Once we gave them the go-ahead they replaced our furnace within a day. Since we’ve had our new HVAC system installed, it has worked perfectly and we’ve saved a bunch of money on our heating and cooling bill. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Fire ‘n’ Ice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way! Casey kept me informed about my unit from start to finish. I’m a text and email guy and he did both to keep me informed. On install day all the guys were super nice and kept everything clean and efficient and didn’t disrupt my busienss at all. Super excited to enjoy our A/C and not sweat anymore!

Fire n Ice put in a new air conditioning unit. They also serviced our furnace. Excellent work and great pricing. Great job by our tech and installer Joe! Thank you to Jim for your help and input on selecting our unit and doing only the work that would be needed. We will have them do all future work. Great family business!

After 20 years of service, our latest clean and check for our furnace indicated it was time for a replacement. We decided to examine Fire 'n' Ice since we knew Jim Jr. as well as seeing all the positive reviews.
Jim Jr. came out during a time that was convenient, took measurements and was able to provide a proposal with options including explanation of features contained in product brochures. In addition we discussed what returns we could realistically expect with upgrading to more efficient equipment. Jim Jr. not only provided a quote prior to leaving my house, but followed it up in writing the next morning.

The installers, Kris and Joe, were on time, performed a clean dismantle of the old equipment and performed a quality installation. After installing, they walked through the system operation, including advising of regular maintenance. They will take it upon themselves to reach out to us to schedule a visit in the spring to perform the final steps in getting our a/c ready for use. I found both gentlemen to be professional and courteous.

Appreciated that Jim Jr. came out for a visit to check if everything was fine and was willing to file for the rebates on our behalf.

Overall our experience was pleasant and would highly recommend Fire ‘n’ Ice.

I am a mechanical engineer and have been working in the HVAC industry for over 25 years and Fire ‘n’ Ice and would recommend Fire ‘n’ Ice to anyone! They were very knowledgeable and did a very nice job installing my new AC and furnace. I also want to thank Jim Michalek Jr, salesman, for being patient with me. Jim was great to work with, very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy like many salesmen can be. He quoted my system in March and had to wait all the way to late August to install my system due to other issues related to house. I have a 50 year old house which had some challenging issues which he worked with me to solve.
