Anthony is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. He was able to get the job done quickly and was very thorough in the work he performed. 100% would use PDM again and request Anthony specifically if any other plumbing issues occurred.

Christina was polite and made scheduling easy. Chris came out and did a fantastic job running the gas line for our new fireplace. He was also polite with an easy presence. I will call PDM again for plumbing needs. Thanks PDM. Ann

PDM has always been our first call for HVAC/AC Repairs and Inspections, as well as Plumbing and Sewer Repairs. PDM is always on-time and goes out of their way to get us back up and running.

We have a well and I wanted to consult them about a whole house filter and the man who came was so knowledgeable and helpful. I loved that he wasn’t a high-pressure salesman type of person and he really just explained everything and talk to me and gave me some options to think about. They were prompt, nice, and really easy to work with

Was dealing with a different company for year and when they became unreasonable I mad the switch to PDM. This company understands what professionalism and quality work is. Every person they have sent to my house are generally awesome and super knowledgeable. The prices are the best and the troubleshooting is very thorough.

Excellent service. Came prepared, resolved furnace issue rapidly (knew within 2 minutes what the underlying issue was). Performed excellent repair on an obscure faucet, including finding and picking up available parts which were not on hand in the truck. Discussed state of other work needing to be done, providing "no pressure" alternatives which helps put a plan together for me. Service maintenance plan an excellent value. Call manager provided good and timely options. Friendly. I will be a repeat customer. Overall, highly recommended!

Technician Chris did an extremely good job fixing our kitchen plumbing issue which involved a rusted out drain pipe. He did the job efficiently fast and was very professional throughout the whole process. Arriving on time, he wasted no time in getting the job done in other two hours and left no mess at all. Chris lived up to the all my expectations of a great experience with a plumbing company. Customer service and communication with this company is excellent as well. However I did take off one star due to the price of the job which I think could have been a bit lower somewhere else.

Pete was great... Friendly and helpful. He advised us on next steps including size of water heater and warranty options. PDM had him out the same day we called, and we had a new water heater in no time. We'll definitely be calling PDM again.

Pete Wilson saw what the problem was. He changed both of the water hoses to the washing machine. He even replaced the 2 faucets on the water hoses. Then he tested the washing machine to verify that it worked OK. What he did was above and beyond just to fix the one water hose that was damaged.

I rate Pete Wilson as A+!
