I really appreciated them working with my work schedule and getting us on the books within 48 hours of my call! Pete was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Got the job done quickly and helped identify and solve all issues. (Our dogs loved him too!) Great experience!

Chris came on time, was professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning and maintenance for my heating system. He explained what he was doing and why.

Their tech Chris came and tackled problem right away. Checked the all the parameters and diagnosed the problem and also pointed out other potential problems and fixed them. Thorough work and showed that the readings improved much from when he took base readings. Very knowledgeable and has a van full of replacement parts. So he was able to stay on site and fix without having to go get parts.

Technician was prompt, quickly identified problem, offered suggestions and repaired in a timely manner.
I will definitely use PDM again in the future.

This is the second time I had a scheduling issue with PDM however they do a good job on the work & compensate for the scheduling issues. This worker was efficient. I just wanted to note that he was cool with the choas of my anxiously barking dog & special needs daughter. I appreciated that.

Chris from PDM did a great job assisting me on my plumbing issue. He was professional from start to finish. He explained what he needed to do each step of the way. The issue was resolved and all is good! I will definitely call PDM if/when I have any plumbing issues. I'm also going to contact them for any heating and air conditioning services I need in the future.

Chris did a great job this morning at our home. He arrived on time and was very professional. He pointed out a couple of issued that we were not aware of and told us exactly what it would cost to fix the problems which I appreciated. PDM is a trusted and valued plumbing and heating service that we have used for years.

Last week, Mr. Wilson replaced my kitchen and bath faucets and as always was helpful, professional and efficient. Mr. Floyd was out a few days later and repaired my toilet and was also very professional and efficient. Both men are always friendly and punctual too. I appreciate that they always do their best.
