PDM Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Since 1885

I had my AC unit serviced today and it looks like new. First time using PDM, certainly won't be the last. I needed a part replaced and the service tech was very thorough in explaining and showing why. Very polite and courteous.

Getting new washer and dryer this month and needed my shut-off valves fixed. The cold water valve was so short, that the hose connector was rubbing on the plastic surround and had corrosion on it. The guys who were going to install my new washer wouldn't be able to connect the new s.s. hose to it. So, that valve was replaced and raised, so it was even with the hot valve. Then the PDM tech cleaned up the corrosion on the old hose (which was in great shape) and connected it to the valve. He also put a new round handle on it. Now, when my new washer and dryer are installed, there won't be any problems! The PDM tech was 1/2hr early (PDM called to inform me). The repair work was discussed with me, and the work was done correctly and professionally. I called PDM because they have been in business since I was a kid. I remember my parents always called them, because they fixed things right the first time and didn't make a mess. I was very pleased with the work done. The cost of this was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. I would recommend PDM to anybody needing plumbing work - they're the BEST!

Anthony has been out twice, different reasons and has always been pleasant and courteous...quick to explain the ins/outs and doesn't drag out the call. Happy to have his/PDMs assistance in the future.

I have used PDM for years and the service is always great. I had a number of repair jobs this time and Anthony tackled them all quickly and very professionally. He also took the time to explain everything to my husband (who learned a few plumbing tips!)

The PDM team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Right after we purchased our house, the sump pump failed. PDM was out to assess and install a new system that ensures our basement and possessions stay dry. Since then, we've used them as our preventative maintenance on our HVAC system.

Brennon was very professional. He originally came to check my AC. When he found problems, he immediately told me, explained the issue, and let me know the cost. Once I gave the okay, he was able to repair the issues quickly.

John was a nice friendly repairman. He came and when we rec'd the estimate we were blown away. $16,000.00 to repair the tub plumbing. Another company came and repaired it for $750.00.

Pete was very professional, diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, and fixed it. Cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. I'd use PDM again. I called at 0830 am and had a plumber here before lunch.

Pete did a thorough and complete job on a repair that was larger than we could handle. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was a pleasure to work with. Pete did the job as if it were in his own home, carefully attending to details. And our dog fell in love with him! Beautiful, excellent work. Will definitely use PDM again.
