PDM Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Since 1885

I have used PDM for years at my place of business and they are always professional, knowledgeable and do a great job. Yesterday while Dan was working on a collapsed drain line at one of our facilities, he helped us fix another issue we were having in our restrooms. He told us what we needed to do to fix the situation. No charge, no sell, he just gave us a simple solution to a chronic problem. Then to top that, I called PDM later that same day and told them we had a leak in a copper line they installed two years ago at another facility. Dan came out and found the leak, which was not part of the work they did two years ago, but another part of the plumbing system. Dan quickly fixed the leak and today I get an invoice from PDM for fixing the leak and the invoice said we owe nothing for the service call.

Pete is the consummate professional. He is thorough, meticulous, neat and friendly. He answered our questions and explained his procedures and did the work in a timely manner. Even our dog liked him. This is the third time he has done work for us and we request him when we have work done by PDM Plumbing. 5 stars out of 5.

We have used PDM for many years and could not imaging ever leaving this company! Every tech that has ever provided service to us has always been professional, intelligent, and timely.

However we always request Anthony to provide us the service we need from the PDM. He is timely, extremely knowledgeable of his profession and continually provides us with the highest standard of service! We always request Anthony to see if he’s available when we have work that needs to be completed!

Sump pump was installed by PDM over the summer and we have had issues with it staying on consistently. Feared the motor would burn out. Chris came and replaced it with a new one during a snow storm. He is the only person we want to use going forward.

PDM plumbing is the best and has the most wonderful customer service! Anyone you talk to is pleasant and patient. It is easy to get an appointment and the service providers are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Recently, Pete did work for us and was wonderful! I can say the same for Anthony that we used in the past. I just can't say enough positive about the company. Thank you for providing such outstanding service!

Gregory was very helpful and fix the problem and explained everything to me and my wife. Will use him again, very satisfied.

This is the third time we have had PDM out for repair on the house. For the two times we have had Pete out for plumbing repairs we have been elated with his work. Punctual to arrive and the quality of the repairs has been top notch. Called PDM for emergency service on new years eve. Chris Gregory arrived shortly after to inspect and repair my furnace. Chris also repaired an issue with my water heater as well. He was professional and kept me informed throughout the repairs, would definitely recommend using PDM for HVAC services.

Pete arrived on time was very polite professional and explained what was being done. Also Chris G was out recently and was very nice and professional--have used their service many times over the years and they have always been very responsive to our needs
