They were able to visit the same day after I called to have them look at my furnace. They quickly rectified it, and the price was fair. If necessary, I would utilise them once more in the future.

Have been using them for a long time. They are always friendly and honest. They do a great job on my heating and air conditioning needs, and I'm lucky enough to be able to call them when I need them!

I spent money but I have no doubt I saved a LOT more money that I was bound to be spending in a short amount of time. I wanted cleaning/maintenance on a very old furnace, hoping to squeeze one more season out of it. Not only was the repairman (Nathan) professional and friendly but he found a suspected problem (motor not kicking on intermittently) , a known problem (noisy), he gave me a price, came back with the part & spent quite a lot of time making the repair. All BEFORE it broke down completely in the middle of a cold winter night when you need it the most. I will be using this service again soon without a doubt AND getting my big ticket items around my house, maintained regularly!

Air went out Saturday, tried one company first. Mount the following day, and said it would be a little while before they could get someone out to give us an estimate. So I called Reliance Heating & Cooling, and they came out that day. And by the next day, they were installing a new system. Very personable, friendly, quick to respond to any need, and did an outstanding job,. They were upfront about the cost, gave me options on payment or different avenues with which to go, and never pressed for anything. I would highly recommend Reliance Heating & Cooling to anyone. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Allan at Reliance Heating & Cooling did a great job of evaluating our furnace/heat pump and generator. He showed me how to connect the thermostat to my phone and then deep cleaned our special filters. I never felt any pressure to do extra stuff and he was kind enough to double check a previous job that they had done and didn't charge me for it . Reliance Heating & Cooling is my furnace go to company!

The whole team showed up bright and early on Monday morning ready to get to work. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or new installation. We had a new AC unit installed for us, and the techs did a great job. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and their contact was prompt. We have used them before and will do so again.
