Give us valid information regarding the overall problem. Plus gave more info on what we should do in the future regarding the water heater. Thank you superb company!! 😊

Chris, the serviceman, came promptly and knew within seconds what the problem was. He fixed it and got the heat going again. I'm very pleased.

You know the saying, "If you want it done right you need to do it yourself"? Well in this case, it applies. I had PDM come to my house in March of 2022 to replace my water heater, which cost almost $1,900. The technician, John Moon, was very nice, but it was obvious he had no clue what he was doing. The copper piping he installed on the top of the heater was cockeyed, causing it to leak a few weeks after it was installed. Also, the tank had a major dent in it, but he assured us it was just cosmetic. We noticed over the past few weeks the water was not getting as hot as it should have. We noticed last night the water heater has a major leak on the bottom and it will not ignite again. I DO NOT TRUST having them come back to my house. I have a feeling this was a used heater or a defective one. I ordered a new water heater from Home Depot and I am having a neighbor who is a plumber/contractor install it. I should have done this in the first place. DO NOT USE PDM! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

This company answered my call, acknowledged my concern, provided pricing and appointment options. They called me to confirm my appointment and arrived on time. They evaluated what I needed and began there service. They were prompt, work in a team and left everything spotless. Service with a smile.

I needed a new HVAC person so I called PDM. Chris came out, checked and cleaned my unit in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. He was friendly, professional and informative.

I've been using PDM for years and they have always been extremely reliable! Anthony does a great work and has done over a dozen jobs for me over the last 5 years. We needed a new water heater, so I called to set up a time. Christina in the office is wonderful and always very helpful! Anthony was able to come out the very next day, first thing in the morning. Job completed in less than 3 hours! I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing and HVAC needs!

PDM is a great local company with wonderful expertise and technicians. Chris was here on time and was quick and thorough when investigating a leak in our bathroom. He took pictures and pointed out that the evidence of the leak was old and not active anymore. He was extremely helpful and wrote up a report we could use for our home inspection in the sale of our house.

My experience with PDM Plumbing was excellent and I highly recommend the company. Everyone that I had communication with in this company was so nice and accommodating. They made me feel respected and important. I called them for a hot water heater repair. Anthony came over the first time . He was so personable and did his best to get the parts to me as quickly as possible. Since the parts were under warranty he ordered directly from the company. When the part came in I called to set up another appointment. The dispatch returned my call very promptly. The 2nd time Chris ended up doing the repair. Chris was amazing! He was a total perfectionist. He was also a great teacher of his trade. I learned so much in his 2 visits. He went above and beyond. I was so very grateful for all his help. I will use PDM PLUMBING for all my HVAC/PLUMBING needs from now on and I will recommend them to everyone looking for this service.
