I spoke with Christina to set up the appointment, she was friendly and kept me updated on when my services would be performed. Dan was my technician and I was informed of the cost, what needed to be done, and the repairs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Anthony did a repair on my gas pool heater. He made a fast diagnostic and made the repair. I would definitely recommend their service.

John Moon did an exceptional job on my kitchen sink plumbing repair and faucet repair he found the leak knew exactly how to fix it, replaced the parts had my system up and running within an hour he estimated it might take two hours but it was complete within an hour and a half I am glad I contacted PDM I have used this company before and never had a problem with their performance I will always use this company in the future.

Chris and Mike came out today to replace my furnace that has been in my house since 1988. Theses 2 men did amazing work. From start to finish they were clean organized and friendly. New furnace is working great hopefully it will last another 32 years.

PDM is very responsive, very thorough and very honest. They always make time to fit you into their schedule and always make you feel like a valued customer. We appreciate the time they take to carefully identify the root cause of a problem and the time they take to ensure that we the customer understand what the problem is and how it will be repaired. We are always very happy with the work that PDM does and grateful for such attention to detail.

I have tried other HVAC companies in the past and PDM always stands out when they perform work. In today's age where there are countless companies, I will continue to use PDM not only because of their service but their technicians. My heat was out and within 2 minutes of walking in the door Chris knew exactly what the issue was. He took the time to show me what was wrong and even checked the other system components to make sure that there were no other issues. I very much appreciate his work as my house is warm again.

Brennon made 3 visits to our home to accomplish what turned out to be a full replacement of our condenser. The first 2 visits were scheduled, and he arrived right on time. The third was unplanned, and he arrived as soon as he could. As I have come to expect from PDM over the years, we received high quality work. Brennon went above and beyond what was required, and everything was clean after he left. I have always appreciated how well the technicians from PDM communicate. They all do a great job explaining options and what they are doing along the way. I will continue to trust PDM for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

2023-01-25 I needed PDM again when that plug we thought was cleared just moved to another part of the sewer system of the house. our basement toilet was not draining, the shower was hardly draining at all, and later realized the floor drain had backed up with sewer water covering half the basement floor. Three rooms were affected with nasty water. It was after 1630 and we needed service immediately! PDM was here within 90 minutes. The plumber, Mike, came with the "heavy guns." It took a couple hours, but he was able to lift the toilet, run the power auger out 15 feet, and cleared it from within the house. It's a nasty job, but PDM was there for us. Mike was as professional as the previous plumbers. They may cost a little more, but PDM will get it right the first time. If you are wondering... there is no way any of us would know that the blockage would just move.
PDM is the best plumbing company I have used and will happily continue to pay the price for perfection.

2023-01-22 This past week PDM has been here twice upon my request. First was during the day and was to unplug a toilet That my wife needed to use. They were here when they promised. Within 15 minutes it was uplugged. John was quick, efficient, and professional.

2022-07-19: Of course, the water heater died after 13 years. I called PDM late in their work day and they got Pete to our house the next day. I don't think Pete knows how to be rude or do poor work. It just is not in his blood. He was very professional, courteous, personable, and just downright pleasant to hold a conversation. Between a main shut-off that did not completely shut off, and my self-installed water heater he was replacing, the man had more than his share of challenges. Yet, he had it all done in about four hours. I cannot say enough good things about PDM and their employees. Top notch company!

2022-03-09: Our new gas stove would not back up to the wall due to the location of the gas hard line. Dan replaced and repositioned the line and valve so the stove now backs up to the electrical plug! Great job and great conversation. Both my experiences with PDM have been nothing less than stellar!
