John was our tech. From on time arrival to finish time John was very professional and communicated every thing that needed to be done. We were very happy with his excellent work ethic and the top notch job that he performed. We will used pdm again if we ever need a plumber again.

Pete was a blast to have here. Very easy to get along with, very professional and did great work. Not to mention, my dogs liked him too!

The PDM office was quick to schedule a service technician to address A/C issues. After reviewing options provided by Anthony our technician, I decided to have a new A/C unit and furnace installed. Both units were installed 2 days later complete with vent work and gas lines. Anthony was friendly and professional, being sure to clean up after himself after each day of work. He does not take shortcuts. I cannot stress how knowledgeable he was and thoughtful in his approach to the job. I would highly recommend PDM!

Called PDM due to a sewage drain plug and water backing up into the basement. They provided great professional service, beginning with customer service scheduling my appointment asap and the Service Technician arriving early and working promptly and efficiently.
