We had an exceptional experience with this company. Dan arrived right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with our water softener. We chose to replace it as it was nearing 15 years old. They had the new one in stock and another employee brought it right over and they installed it right away. They did an extremely professional job with the new installation and replaced the old lines with new copper piping. They were right on target with the pricing and did the complete job a bit under what we expected to pay. The job was flawlessly cleaned up and they were both extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend PDM to anyone. They are a rare gem in the field and we now have a great go to company for future needs. Dependable and honest, we are totally satisfied with their work.

Pete replaced the copper piping to my refrigerator water line. He was efficient and very professional. Pricing is very reasonable. I have used them before a while back and was very pleased with service then as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to utilize their services.

Chris was a great tech. First time we used this company. It was in the single digits and we had no heat and the person we used before at another company had covid. We called this company and they came out same day for us and fixed the issue. Extremely nice and very helpful.

Chris arrived on time and greeted me at my front door and introduced himself with a friendly smile. He explained to me what he was going to do and what I should expect. He was neat and orderly while performing all activities and kept me informed as the work progressed. Chris is very skilled and knowledgeable.

PDM Plumbing was very responsive to our request to replace our basement ejector pump. They were here within a few days, as we requested. Anthony, the technician, offered two choices for replacement, one being less expensive. Anthony was very cordial and respectful of us and our home. He was very professional and finished the work in a timely manner. We are very satisfied and highly recommend PDM.

Wonderful people to work with. PDM has serviced several units at our facility and the work is always top-notch. Most recently Anthony and Dave replaced a hanging garage heater for us. Despite being held up on other emergency services the day our repair was scheduled, They still managed to arrive and get the job done in very timely manner.

Knowledgeable plumber that came out and was able to quickly fix my toilet and my shower faucet in under an hour. Found out that my toilet tank actually had more than one thing wrong with it, but everything got addressed. I’d definitely use them again, and recommend them to others!
