They don’t even deserve one star. They take advantage of the elderly. Charged a fortune for a sewer back up that didn’t fix the problem then said it would be $6000 more. Not to mention the freezer they unplugged that ruined thousands of dollars worth of elk and venison.

The most important part about my service today was that I called and within 1 hour someone was here to take care of the problem and when he came it only took him a few minutes to solve it I like that kind of work although I am a patient person it wouldn't have mattered if it would have taken a couple of days or even a couple of hours I just love the point that this company is efficient and very professional I will always use your ways for my household needs thank you so much

We had a severe sewer backup and the fix was more complicated than usual and required removing out toilet to route out our sewer line. He did such a great job fixing it!!

PDM came out for an AC summer tune-up. They do a thorough inspection on wear parts and offer recommendations based on how they are found. Before they are done they check your pressures and temperatures to see if any adjustments need to be made. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. They arrived on time and they give you notice reminders before arrival. They are very respectful of your property as well.

We are first time home owners and have only been in the Joliet area for 6 months.
The dispatcher was amazing to talk to her, gave me worst case scenario as far as price was concerned.she even tried to see if she can get the plumber here sooner but I was available all day.
Anthony ended up coming earlier than what was expected, which was fantastic. Anthony was/is very knowledgeable, quick, professional and cleaned up everything quite nicely. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the work as well as the price. it wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be considering he had to cut old piping and put in some new PVC piping...very pleased and will call PDM plumbing again..

Our Heating Tech was Chris Gregory. He has done work for us a few times previously, and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Our furnace is nearly 20 years old, and believe he is a big part of the reason it is still running smoothly.
Don’t know exactly what he did this time, but it felt like the furnace was definitely working more efficiently than before the tuneup.
I have recommended PDM to a few of my neighbors. Your dispatcher Christina was able to schedule a Plumber for one of them on the same day. My neighbor was also pleased with the job done by Pete.
