PDM Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Since 1885

I have used PDM several times and have always been satisfied with the work they have done. Most recent, my kitchen sink had a clog. Pete was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend PDM to anyone that has a plumbing problem.

Whenever I have plumbing/maintenance issues in our home, I call PDM. From upgrading our sump pump system to cleaning out our dryer vent, they do it all. Today Pete replaced an extremely corroded bathtub waste & overflow pipe and trim. He also replaced the cartridge and spout. Everything looks beautiful and works great. And most importantly, no leaks. You can expect pleasant, knowledgeable and professional service from a PDM technician/plumber.***Update: another plumbing issue at my house and again PDM to the rescue. This company goes above and beyond. You won’t be disappointed.

Two years in my home and PDM has been there for me to address my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. PDM is a company I trust. We have called on them on two occasions for our residential plumming needs. On the phone, even their answering service was so polite and professional! They are great at communicating with you. They arrive promptly and don't leave you waiting. They explain exactly what is going in terms you can understand and they do great work! I don't have any complaints at all. When ever I need plumbing work done, PDM is who I call.

Chris was very professional in the way he conducted business. Also, he was very thorough and didn't try to "sell" me any more than what was needed.
I highly recommend PDM for any plumbing repairs needed.

We called pdm to see if they could find a problem for us and to see if they could give us a fair estimate to fix whatever they found, and THEY CAME THROUGH. "Our guy" anthony was very knowledgeable and surprisingly very sociable, but in a very good way! They worked in a very timely manner and im proud to say that every dollar spent on the project was well worth it!

PDM arrived at my home at the time they indicated. The service technician was professional and polite. He quickly assessed the stubborn drainage issue and effectively and efficiently cleared the drain. I am grateful I called PDM today.

Had an issue with leaking in the ceiling of my garage. I called PDM. Their customer service was very helpful. They sent out a technician who looked for any problems with my plumbing and found none. The leaking seemed to be more related to HVAC. Unfortunately, I had asked for a plumber and the person they sent was a plumber only. I was charged for the plumber coming out. I called PDM and they sent out a technician that was able to do plumbing and HVAC. They refunded me the charge for the plumber's assessment and did not charge me for the HVAC assessment. I only paid for the base charge for the plumber to come out. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Chris is very knowledgeable and goes beyond servicing the equipment. He provides plenty of tips to help us continue to maintain and get the best out of our equipment. It's obvious he cares about doing a great job and helping the customer. Thanks, PDM!

Chris was very friendly and professional. He did a great job for a fair price. He was not bothered by my curious kitten and we would recommend PDM and especially Chris to anyone. He even gave us a quote on a hot water heater, and you can be sure we will ask for Chris.
