I had an outstanding experience with Herchenbach Mechanical's installation of my new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. They also added zoning to resolve temperature variances in several areas of my home. I was on a tight time schedule to replace a 18 year old system that had quit working and they promptly came out to assess my situation and amazingly had a comprehensive quote back to me within hours that included three options for the furnace and air conditioner and two options for the new zoning solution. An out of town trip made it necessary to do the installation as soon as possible and they were very accommodating, starting the install within 48 hours after I gave them my approval. They earn my 5 stars for responsiveness, comprehensive options presented, price/value, product knowledge, and everyone that I interacted with at Herchenbach was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy to be a new customer and highly recommend them!

I have been using Herchenbach ever since I moved into my home about a year ago. The prior owner had all their installation and work done by them. Our evaporator coil went out and they went out of their way to warranty it. Sharon and Curtis went above and beyond and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs

My furnace went out early morning January 20th. On my daughter's recommendation (who had her furnace and A/C replaced by Herchenbach a year ago), I called Herchenbach, and they came out the same morning. They told me my 23 year old furnace (A/C same age--both original in this house) needed replacing, explained options, and gave me quotes on site. After accepting one, they came out at 7:30 AM the following day and replaced furnace, A/C and humidifier by 4:30 PM. They were extremely polite, efficient and did a complete clean-up after completion. They also thoroughly explained any differences in operation with new equipment compared to the old. I would highly recommend Herchenbach.

Owner /operator, Curtis Herchenbach, gave us a thorough, and professional presentation, letting us know all of our options. He is about as nice a guy as you will want to talk with, and really knows his stuff.
We did extensive research, and Herchenbach Mechanical was the ONLY option we considered, after talking with several.
They came out in 2 days, did a great install, and Curtis returned, and spent an hour and a half, making sure we knew how to operate every feature.

I just had my Furnace and AC replaced by Herchenbach Mechanical. The whole experience from the initial call to set up an appointment for an estimate to the installation completion, was excellent. Curtis and Sharon do a great job in every aspect of the services they provide. I never felt any pressure to do anything and I always felt the total experience was fully transparent. Our longtime HVAC guy retired and sold his business to Herchenbach. The transition for me was no problem as I have known Dennis and Sharon Herchenbach for years. Our 17 year old furnace died on the coldest day of the winter. Everything about installing a new furnace was smooth sailing. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. Very happy with the price and entire process. While I will miss our retired HVAC guy, I am looking forward to working with Herchenbach going forward.

Herchenbach Mechanical just finished their installation of our new Carrier infinity heating and air conditioning system today, replacing a 23 year-old system. I must say my first impression is that the new system is outstanding. The installation went very smoothly, and the installers were very thorough, answered all of my questions and did a very professional and clean job. I would highly recommend Herchenbach Mechanical and the carrier system.
